We had a great stay at Nazareth’s place! It was very conveniently located - right in the main part of the city, walkable to restaurants. The security guard and gated community made us feel very safe leaving our rental car. Since it was rainy season the place was quite empty too so we often had the pool to ourselves!

This place is a must! So spacious, everything was clean and the views are amazing. All the cookware you could possibly need, perfect for a family or group getaway. The downtown area was a 10 minute walk along with a beautiful beach with lots to do. Both hosts were very proactive and helpful, highly recommended! Will definitely stay here again!

Ons verblijf bij Luisa was heel prettig! Het begon iets minder, maar dat heeft niets met de host of het appartement te maken. Er was de hele nacht geen stroom. Het was erg warm en slapen was minder fijn. De volgende dag was er weer stroom en konden wij van dit mooi huis genieten. Luisa is erg attent en staat altijd voor je klaar. Uitzicht is prachtig en in de buurt heb je meerdere plekken waar je heerlijk kan eten.

Un lugar muy lindo, con mucha naturaleza al rededor. El jardín de en frente es muy amplio donde los chicos podían jugar, aparte que la piscina está súper cerca así que literal íbamos a cada rato y si uno necesita regresar a la casa por algo es muy práctico. No que subir ni bajar ni una sola grada (con bebés y adultos mayores eso es un plus). En general todo muy lindo, limpio ordenado, definitivamente un lugar cómodo y en donde uno puede desconectarse y descansar!

Jeff was incredible! Very responsive and we loved his recommendations. The unit was very clean, steps from Jaco beach, and centrally located to multiple restaurants, shopping, and a supermarket.

El sitio tranquilo, el apartamento muy cómodo, la piscina con la vista nos encantó, hay una piscina diferente para los diferentes condominios en ese sitio que para niños está súper bien y tiene arena. Volvería a hospedarme en el apartamento y el sitio excelente, la atención muy clara y precisa con las instrucciones de todo. Fuimos a una de las recomendaciones que nos dio Wanda sobre un Restaurant con ya vista hermosa. Buena atención!

The rooftop is stunning and the pool connects you to the beach life while being elevated from the beach just enough.

I can’t say enough good things about this condo! The place was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay week long stay. But the real highlight? The pool! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures—crystal clear, surrounded by lush greenery, and the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The location was ideal—just a short drive to restaurants, shops, and the beach, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. And the host? Absolutely amazing. Super responsive and friendly. You can tell they truly care about making your stay perfect. We’re already planning our return!

Nuestra estancia en este departamento fue excepcional. Mariana y Stan fueron muy amables, serviciales y contestan tus consultas, muy atentos. El alojamiento es verdaderamente divino. La distribución con tres baños fue ideal para nuestra familia, brindando comodidad y privacidad. Descansamos de maravilla en las camas, que eran increíblemente cómodas. La limpieza impecable del lugar contribuyó a una experiencia muy agradable. Además, nos sorprendió gratamente la calidad de las amenidades proporcionadas: desde artículos de aseo como shampoo, acondicionador y jabón, hasta detalles pensados para el disfrute, como juegos de mesa, sillas de playa, tapete de playa, buggies para el mar y bicicletas que mis hijos disfrutaron montones. Esto nos permitió aprovechar al máximo la playa que esta a unos pasos. Los guardas de la seguridad del condominio fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron a utilizar la rampa para subir y bajar las maletas y cosas que llevabamos. Recomendamos este apartamento al 100%.

This place was even better than the photos. Very central to everything in Jaco and while there is good coffee and food all over town there is a great coffee shop right on the ground level. The unit has everything you need if you want to eat every meal at home. Parking is super easy and the security staff are always kind and helpful. The pool is great and the beach is right almost on property. Could not have been happier. The responsiveness of Stan and Philip is immediate and they are available to chat if you have questions. 6 out of 5 stars.

Thomas place was a pleasure to stay at! We were close to everything, we had something different to do everyday! When we had questions Thomas was always responsive as well. Place looks just like photos, no complaints!
