Wonderful place to stay with family. Great location for skiing at Stowe. Beautiful location and very responsive host.

This was a great getaway! It was the perfect size house for the three of us. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped (especially compared to other places I’ve stayed). Emmy was responsive and available. I wish we could have stayed here longer!

My husband and I just returned from a getaway week at the Graystone Cottage. We had a wonderful and relaxing time with not a care in the world because Cassandra and Jeremy addressed everything! Graystone Cottage is a beautiful property, both inside and out. I could spend hours in the hot tub just gazing at the many facets of woods outback! Inside, we truly felt like we were staying in a AAA Four Diamond property! As a walker, there’s nothing like a double loop up and back nearby Quaker Mountain Road or even a walk to nearby Marcy Park for the Whiskey Festival and Arts and Crafts Fair that coincided with our visit. And trails? Oh my…we could take our dog on so many nearby hikes along the Ausable where she could swim This was our second exceptional experience with hosts Cassandra and Jeremy. We all have a choice in where to stay…we will ALWAYS stay at one of Cassandra and Jermey’s properties!

Ardie and Mike made us feel right at home, and answered all of our questions right away! The cottage was very convenient with beautiful views and easy access to the lake and shore. It had more than enough beds and everything we needed to enjoy our stay there comfortably. We also had a great time playing with the two dogs, Misha and Sajen! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and private cottage in rural Vermont that is still around 25-30 minutes drive away from Middlebury. Thanks Ardie!

Adam was an incredible host. He was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay providing recommendations and quick answers to questions whenever needed. The home was immaculately clean when we arrived. This also had to be the most well equipped Airbnb I've ever stayed at. From the kitchen supplies, board games, vinyls, CDs, to the throughly detailed guidebook written by host, I was so beyond impressed! The most outstanding part of this stay is of course the location and the views this home provides. It provided the perfect private oasis for a stay to just unwind and unplug. I'd highly recommend this stay if your local for a tranquil, low-key retreat.

What a gorgeous little getaway. The amenities were perfect. A hot tub, fire pit, fire place, air hockey, and an extremely well-stocked simple home in the woods. Stayed for 3 nights as a simple getaway and it was absolutely perfect. Heated floors in the bathroom, lights out by the hot tub, a heated mat to walk on between the house and the hot tub ... so functional and so nice. Highly recommended.

Beautiful secluded surroundings and a peaceful pond. The house is very well kept and well decorated.

Staying at Andas Hus was an Airbnb experience on another level. This little cottage has everything that you could ever need for an extended getaway- we did so much cooking, wandering, made full use of all of the tech, and enjoyed the hot tub for several nights. We had four adults sharing the cabin and it was more than enough room for us. Matt was super responsive and kind when we had questions about the stay. I'll absolutely be recommending Andas Hus to any of my friends and relatives looking for a New England getaway, and maybe we'll be back someday!

We had such a great family stay at The Cozy Cottage. You can tell that the home was very well built and it was extremely comfortable for our family with kids. The wood stove is awesome and heats up the whole house with plentiful wood in the basement and instructions to use the stove. The house was very clean and well appointed. We spent 2 nights there while we skied Sugarbush and the location was great for us. I would definitely recommend this home and look forward to returning next year!

This place is so wonderful! Everything is provided for your comfort. Rayna was great in communicating an issue about one of the toilet is not working and offered a full refund if that would be a problem, which it was not at all. The location is great. Easy access to the lake for swimming or kayaking (kayak/canoe is available for use). It has a nice patio for sitting while enjoying the sunset view. This makes it to the list of favorite places to stay.

Perfect home base for a peaceful ADK getaway. Lots to do in close proximity to cottage. The place was great. Very quiet. Coffee on the deck overlooking the river was a great was to start every day, and a cold one by the fire was a great way to end each day. Would definitely stay again.

Jodi's place is great! The lake front cabin is clean, has two bedrooms, and a third double bed on an enclosed porch. Beds are comfortable and so is the furniture in the living room. Television is in the living room and a Roku in each bedroom. Located on the channel between Flower and Oseetah Lakes. Her backyard really makes it special! It is large, has an enclosed tiki bar, fire pit area, picnic table, and a fabolous deck on top of the boat house. Backyard has good lighting for after dark hanging out. Docks are in great shape and plenty of small fish can be caught off the dock (perches and sunnys) during the early evening hours. Drive to town is about five minutes. If you are looking for a place, especially as a couple that needs down time, this is it. There is nothing but good things to say about Jodi's place.

Tonya went above expectations to make sure we had a pleasant stay. She even arranged with her neighbor to allow us space to park our boat trailer. This was a great location for boating and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend this as the p!ace to stay. Thanks Tonya, you are a super host and we appreciated your recommendations for grocery shopping, restaurants and best boat launch. We made some special memories with our grandson and fishing on Lake Champlain. We had a great time.

We loved staying at Greg & Karen's place! It is a lovely, recently built carriage house that is very homey and clean. Comfortable bed, good shower, and a well-equipped kitchen. The location beautiful and somewhat remote, but also not too far from Burlington. The carriage house has a window that looks right into where there are horse stalls for their three horses! Unfortunately, rainy weather prevented us from walking the beautiful grounds and visiting the horses up close. Greg and Karen were very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend a stay at Valley View Farm.

Great stay in a cozy and quaint. Well loved but clean home: perfect stay with a great big picture window

Great little cabin for a long weekend get away with or without a boat… wish we brought ours. We loved hanging out on the docks with our dogs and exploring the Saranac area. Cabin was clean and amenities were good. Will recommend to friends and family. PS Just a heads up to other people traveling with dogs the neighboring cabins are really close. We didn’t have a problem with our dogs or any of the neighbors. Everyone was very friendly just something to be mindful of.

Judy and Darren were fantastic hosts. The cabin was spotless and the local area so peaceful. They were incredibly responsive to any of our questions and concerns, and even checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable. Would happily stay here again!

Shalonie clearly takes pride in hosting people, and it shows in many lovely details throughout the home and in her excellent communication. We had a great time in this Adirondack hideaway.

Beautiful setting! Very peaceful and relaxing… just what we were looking to find. Anne described her home perfectly! We had everything we needed and more. Clear instructions were left concerning how to work appliances as well as check out details. Great location to restaurants. Would love to return someday.

Peter was a great host! He was very responsive to all of our, sometimes silly, questions. the cottage was cozy and had the perfect amount of creature comforts. love all the windows, let in the sunlight and perfect view for the sunrise! just what we needed!

This cottage is lovely. The views are just amazing. Multiple angles and seating options allow guests to see the water, mountains, and enjoy priceless sunsets. There is outdoor space for dining and relaxing and a grill as well. The interior is beautiful, comfortable, spacious and functional with beautiful wood finishing and special touches like custom lighting and skylights. John was very helpful and friendly. Mary Lou’s place was absolutely phenomenal. I came in the middle of October, and it was peak cozy, fall vibes! The cabin next to the docks in the foliage felt like I was in a painting. I absolutely would love to come back and just cozy up under a blanket next to the fire place. Highly recommend staying in this gem of a place if you have the opportunity.
