Es gab sogar einen intelligenten Staubsaugerroboter, der durch die Wohnung fuhr. Die Terrasse war faszinierend. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt. Tarihi yapı ve müzelere sahip olan İstanbul kültür turizminin zirvesindedir. Ayrıca kendine özgü yemekleriyle ne zaman buraya gelsem doyamıyorum. Bu tatil hakikaten iyi geldi. Tarihi yarımadada Ayvansaray'da yer alan konak üç katlıdır. Kazasker İvaz Efendi Camii'ne çok yakın. Amenos -tarihi zindanlarıyla bilinir- yazısını bulun kapı şifresini girin. sonra kalacağınız binanın kapısındaki kutuya şifreyi yazın ve anahtarı alın. Çamaşır, kurutma, bulaşık makineleri ve televizyon var. Beş kişi rahatlıkla kaldık. Ev rahatlığında. Biz sabahları evde kahvaltıyı yapıp diğer öğünleri dışarıda yedik. İsterseniz tüm öğünleri evde hazırlayacak donanım vardır. Ev, Ayvansaray tramvay durağına çok yakın. Duraktan Eminönü 5-10 dakika sürüyor. Paranızı hak eden bir yer. Beautiful house. Really nicely done for comfort and quality. Really welcoming and very helpful host. The lounge is a little cosy for more than three people, but we (four) made it work well enough and there's plenty of space otherwise. Some lovely shops just down the road, very easy to pop out to buy breakfast etc. Just a few minutes walk from Tram 5, which goes to the Spice market. Very firm beds which we liked, lots of little extra touches, such as slippers, exfoliating pads, napkins, bottled water. Made it feel quite lux! Loved it - would definitely go back!

We had a great stay! The location in Balat is very nice — full of charm and character. All major sightseeing spots in Istanbul are easily reachable within about 20 minutes by tram. The apartment is beautifully renovated and feels very safe, especially with a police station nearby. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and taking in the lovely Istanbul weather. Highly recommend!

I do love that place. I found everything according to the pictures and I had everything I needed in my room and the kitchen for the two and a half months I was there. It has a great location, close to the mall, public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. I'm definitely coming back to Yusuf's place some time next year. We visited as a family with two small kids and had a fantastic 5-day stay. The neighborhood is vibrant, authentic, and full of heart, with great shops and restaurants to explore daily. The house was spacious — more than we needed, as we didn’t use the downstairs apartment — but very comfortable, especially for the kids. Getting around was easy with the Istanbulkart; tram line 5 and bus 55 are just a short walk away. We cooked a few times and found the kitchen workable (cooking with gas), though some utensils were a bit worn and basic items like salt and pepper would’ve been helpful. Still, these were minor things. We’d happily return to Balat and to Ömer’s house. To really enjoy it, I’d recommend staying at least 4–5 days.

Our family of 9 loved this place with its 5 bedrooms on 3 floors, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and a sunny balcony on 2nd floor off the sitting room. well equipped kitchens, not that we cooked much, with the lovely local cheap restaurants 50 metres down the road. beds all comfortable, aircon and hot water worked well. We got fit going up and down the spiral wooden stair case, we ranged in age from 5 to 70, so had to make sure the smaller kids took care near/on stairs. As the oldest person I got the top floor to myself so just made sure I only went up and down once a day-so was organised or got younger ones to fetch things. Its a lively street,.with local kids playing out till late, lots of cats, baby gulls on the opposite roof. Lovely shops and the coloured houses just round the corner. it was quiet at night, the rooms had good double glazing.Some people on right of house heard the 4.30am call to prayer from nearby mosque, so take ear plugs if a lighter sleeper. It was the best Airbnb ever!

Harika bi konumda oldukça nezih bir site. Yaklaşık 10 dakika yürüme mesafesi ile metro ve metrobüs güzergahları bulunuyor. Ev sahibi de oldukça nazik ve sabırla sorularımıza ve mesajlarımıza cevap verdi. Ev fotoğraflarda ne ise o. Tam 2 kişilik bir ev misafirlerinizi ona göre belirlemeniz çok iyi olur. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir ev.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed—soap, shampoo, body wash, towels, and even a cozy plaid blanket. It felt warm and welcoming, truly like a home away from home. Ayse was incredibly kind and helpful—honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever met someone this nice! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. She responded to all my questions almost instantly and always with such compassion. She even arranged an early check-in for us because we had an early flight, which we really appreciated. We absolutely loved the apartment, its vibe, and of course, its amazing host. One small note: since the house is located in a residential neighborhood, parking can be a bit tricky, but it’s manageable. Highly recommend—thank you again, Ayse!

Amazing apartment that was spacious and clean. We absolutely loved having morning coffee on the balcony. The neighborhood is also great as it's close to the tram and not touristy (but you can walk to some touristy areas which is also nice). Furkan was helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay! Wonderful location, very close to public transportation, lots to do. Very clean, spacious and roomy apartment. Very comfortable sleeping. The AC was a bonus. Great view from the balcony, very safe building.

Lovely district with many good bars and restaurants. Very clean flat with comfortable bed and sofa in the living room. Great view from the roof terrace. A fantastic option in Cihangir district.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Istanbul dans cet appartement situé à Beyoğlu, à deux pas de la tour de Galata. L'appartement est très propre, récemment rénové, calme, et parfaitement équipé. Il dispose d’une chambre séparée avec un matelas très confortable, idéal pour bien se reposer après une journée de visite. L’hôte, Ram ou Karim, est extrêmement disponible et attentionné. Ils savent vraiment accueillir : eau en bouteille en quantité, papier toilette, tout est prévu, rien ne manque. La localisation est exceptionnelle : à 2 minutes de l’avenue Istiklal, la plus commerçante d’Istanbul, avec de nombreuses bonnes affaires (bien moins chères qu’à Paris !), tout en étant à l’écart du bruit. À proximité immédiate aussi du tunnel pour rejoindre le pont de Galata, du tramway pour accéder à la vieille ville, et à quelques minutes de Şişli. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.
