⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Wonderful and Secure Stay at Guanacasa Condominium! We had an amazing experience at Guanacasa Condominium! The gated community offers excellent security, with two gates to pass through before entering—something we really appreciated for peace of mind. The condo itself was comfortable and well-maintained, and the pool area was pleasant, perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. Although we rented a car to get to our scheduled excursions, it was super convenient to have a designated parking spot right outside our condo door. Everything about our stay felt easy, safe, and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a secure, relaxing place to stay!

This place was the perfect place for us. Although it was in a residential property with many homes, it was incredibly relaxing and felt uncrowded, allowing for true peace and quiet. I loved being able to walk to nearby stores, which made my stay super convenient. We made many meals with all of the kitchen appliances needed provided. This is a very nice place, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Nice place to stay. I felt safe and secure. The house was in excellent condition. We had plenty of towels. I would stay again.

Comfortable and family place to enjoy in peace

My family and I enjoyed the place very much! It is insanely beautiful, house decor is so unique and very comfortable and friendly people! The only one thing I would say is that in the House photos looks like there’s rooms outside however those are extra cabins in the same property(reserved separately) This home is only 3 Bedrooms, each bedroom has a bathroom which is so nice!

We had a wonderful short stay at Francisco’s house! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a perfect balance of minimalism and functionality. As parents of a little baby, we felt completely at ease letting him explore, knowing the space was safe and well-kept. Francisco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back!

This is a great place if you're traveling on a budget! We had everything we needed for our stay while we located a permanent home rental. Josue was flexible and good to communicate with. This is a Tico house, so if you're new to Costa Rica, know that means no hot water except the in-line heater in the shower, no screens on the doors, and you shouldn't flush the toilet paper. But all that said, it's a comfortable house in the mountains with incredible views, and the cows are a bonus. We would recommend it to our friends!

Carlo's place was great! We stayed almost a week and felt right at home. We saw many birds and even a couple frogs from the expansive living room and deck. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was much appreciated and worked great. The showers were nice. We cooked in the kitchens many mornings and were very happy with the set up and appliances. I also have to say that Cuidad Colon was a charming small town and I hope to return someday. All in all I highly recommend Carlo's place!

Beautiful, comfortable home with gorgeous pool and property.

We were seduced by this magnificent house with old charm. Interior decorated simply and tastefully. The house has everything you need. Please note that the parking space is not suitable for large cars. We recommend this beautiful place and will definitely return!

The location is excellent, with everything you need to have a good time, clean, tidy and warm. We felt comfortable and safe.

We loved Pablo's place, especially the beautiful plants inside and out. We loved the area and found 2 great restaurants in the short time we had to spend there. The bed was super comfy. It was a perfect place to stay the night before catching our flight the next day. We'll definitely stay here again when we come back!

Rober’s villa was absolutely gorgeous! Every space was tastefully decorated with beautiful art & sculpture. The enclosed patios lined with bouganvillia along with the comfort of lounging & dining indoors made the space truly feel like a Mediterranean getaway worlds away from the hustle & bustle of the surrounding town. Will be our new go to anytime we’re in the area!

We had a great time staying in this house. It’s a beautiful house with all the facilities you need for a little longer stay. The host was always responsive for any needs. The patio and backyard is very beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked. If you are very sensitive to traffic noise, you may have a problem first couple of sleeping. Closing the windows controls the noise to a large extent. The neighborhood is very safe. Overall we had a very good stay and truly recommend this place to everyone. The best place we've visited in SJ! The place was clean when we arrived. Check-in was easy. Indoor parking is ideal in these rainy seasons. The place is perfectly equipped. Having 1 and 1/2 bathrooms is super convenient. It will definitely become our #1 in East SJ.

We only stayed the night here before our flight the next day. Sirlene was a great host and reached out to us well in advance with information and made sure we were comfortable when we arrived. She offered us fresh eggs from her farm. The home is in a unique location. It feels really private although it’s right in the city and close to the airport. I feel like this place is a fantastic value and was a very nice place to stay. I definitely recommend staying here.

The house is gorgeous and the property itself is magnificent- amazing waterfall runs right behind the back yard- the linens were super high quality and Andreas is highly responsive and accommodating!

Shirel was an outstanding host! She was very responsive, friendly and communicative. The house is in a safe location and was easy to find. Check in and checkout was simple and easy.
