Holiday rentals with lake access in Erie County

She was an amazing host! We consider going back in the future. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Nicely stocked and she was very fast to respond!

My family and I loved staying at Charlseas beautiful home. The lake was beautiful and we enjoyed the sunrise and sunset views from the home. Charlsea always was available for anything we needed to make our stay comfortable. My family and I will never forget this trip.

The Lemon Drop Inn is a lovely Lakeside retreat. The home had everything you need for a getaway, including a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The fenced-in yard provides privacy and an easy way to let our dog out quickly (a huge plus for a rainy weekend)! The house rules and check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to navigate. We would absolutely stay again!

They were so kind and generous, helpful as well. The beds were comfortable, the living room was comfortable. There was a wonderful ambiance from the fireplace and the kitchen area was nice. The only thing we wished we had was backs on the chairs in the kitchen lol I guess that’s what happens when you get older. Highly recommended if you want a nice clean place with plenty of room, two nice bedrooms, and two nicely updated bathrooms, a private yard for grilling out was nice as well.

All that I can say is, thank you. This absolutely beautiful home was super-clean and tidy. The property is lakefront and the views are stunning, especially the sunset. Perfect place to gather with family and friends. We enjoyed relaxing and chatting in the great room and spending time on the beach wading in the water and skipping stones. The town is very quaint with several restaurants and an ice cream shop.

Beautiful, we felt right at home! The fenced in backyard and deck was stunning but even more beautiful was the view. The house was in a great condition, very spacious but also private enough as there were only two rooms on each floor. The finished basement was so great and we loved that each floor had a full bathroom. the location was perfect, we were close to downtown and to all the wineries we attended. highly recommend!

The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process seamless and stress-free. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with great local spots nearby for coffee, food, and exploring. One of the highlights was how well-stocked the home was with thoughtful touches like fresh towels, toiletries,. You can tell the host really cares about the guest experience. It was a wonderful time from a very good host. It was very clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. We were far enough from Erie to have peace and relaxation but close enough to Erie for activities. We were sad to leave. Thank you Dawn!!!

Matt is an excellent communicator and his place is situated close to the waterfront with good parking. The unit is spacious and the beds are comfortable. The furnishings are quite sparse and minimalistic but the kitchen has a good stove and a large fridge. There are pots and pans though stock of crockery and cutlery needs looking at. All in all, excellent value for money! Thanks Matt!

This place is a Gem. You will be able to see the Findley lake from your bedroom and if great place for fishing and kayaking. The lake is a stone throw away from the room. Coming to the hosts, they made sure the place was very well maintained and bestAirbnb hosts👍👍❤️❤️👏👏.

Here on an emergency business trip, this cozy apartment was exactly what we needed. Facing the bay, and on a quiet street, we could easily relax when the time came. It is a well-furnished apartment with heavy doors and antique hardware. A classy and warm European-style kitchen with separate laundry areas for both floors, and really comfortable furniture, made it feel like we left the cold windy city every time we walked through the door. It's stocked with teas, italian syrups and coffee, among other spices. Topped off with a gas range and cozy artwork. It has a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of nice dishes and high-end cooking knives. It has nice hardwood floors and tiles. There is a lot of storage for clothes and luggage. We will definitely try to book here first the next time we come up! Thanks Anastacia!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront home! The views of Lake Erie were absolutely stunning—sunsets from the porch were a highlight of our trip. The house was spotless, thoughtfully furnished, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. There was plenty of space for our group of six adults and one child, and we especially appreciated the cozy common areas where we could all gather. Janelle was a responsive and gracious host, making check-in and communication seamless. We would absolutely love to return—this home is a true gem in Erie!

We had an amazing stay for the weekend. This was the most accommodating Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Everything we needed was available. Rebecca personalized our stay for a soccer weekend and it was so thoughtful. It was a short walk to the lake and the private lake front was so peaceful. The cottage had a lot of space and was very clean. The amenities available at the cottage were great. We wish our stay could have been longer. If we are ever back in the area we would 100% choose to stay at the Little Shovel again. Thank you for a great weekend!

This houses a dream and spacious beautiful and very comfortable. It was a home away from home there was everything you needed to feel at home . Craig was always responsive in a timely manner and very accommodating to our needs .Needless to stay I will go back and stay there again without hesitation.

The photos and description do not fully capture how awesome the cottage actually is! Fantastic decor, comfy bed and high quality linens are a priority for me, and the cottage far exceeded expectations!!! The kitchen had everything we needed! The back deck and balcony were literally inches from the creek. The private beach offered a perfect location for enjoying the lake. We also enjoyed the park and public beach within sight of the cottage. The cottage provided stunning views of the lake. Thank you for sharing this amazing property!

This was our first experience using Airbnb and Annalynn made it amazingly easy! Any time I had a question during our stay she was more than happy to answer and was super quick responding. The cottage is in a super quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a short walk down to the private beach. The hill is pretty steep but my daughter and I were able to make it no problem. The beach is beautiful and we spent lots of time looking for different types of rocks. My husband and son spent the mornings out fishing, so we were able to hang out at the cottage and cook breakfast until they got back. The cottage was very clean and is fully stocked with anything you would need for cooking and has plenty of storage. Overall, we LOVED this little cottage and it was perfect for our family of 4 and we can't wait to come back!!!
