Very clean accommodation and met our expectations. The bed is very comfortable. The street is quiet. Laurence is a very responsive and friendly host. Communication went very well. Possible to park the car right outside the door. We will definitely be back.

This is a lovely studio. David's place is immaculate. It is not huge but the bathroom and kitchen are very well appointed with everything you need. The kitchen is a master class of how to fit everything in a small space. There is a great balcony and large windows making the room bright and airy. The view of the river is lovely. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby. It is only a few minutes walk from the Chateaux de duc Bretagne and the area around it. Public transport is close and easy to use. I highly recommend this studio.

We had a pleasant stay in Nantes with our two children. Andreas and Barbara's apartment is very quiet, well-equipped and warm. They are very responsive and helpful. Small anecdote, we loved their coffee machine so much that we bought the same when we got home:-). The cohabitation with their cat went very well, it is discreet, clean and friendly. Finally, if you are a pianist, you will appreciate being able to continue your daily scales on the beautiful Clavinova piano in the living room. Great stay, thank you, thank you.

Cute apartment on a quiet street. 5 min walk to the train station. 10 min to get to the heart of Nantes. The apartment is great for a short stay for a single or couple. The host was very proactive to make sure the stay went great. Would definitely recommend.

Ideally located accommodation, close to Nantes but also the airport, clean, convenient, nicely decorated. Communication with Luc was fluid and the exchanges constructive.

I would thoroughly recommend staying at Andrés apartment. The location is perfect - easy walking distance to Nantes centre but also right by the tramline if required. The apartment itself is lovely, and it was a real treat to sit at the breakfast table enjoying lovely views of the Edre. André welcomed us at the apartment, and gave us all the information we needed to ensure we had a really successful stay (including a tip to visit the nearby food market, which really must not be missed) We loved everything about our stay in Nantes at Andrés place.

Eric and Delphine prepared a very comfortable stay in a charming setting. There is more than enough to take care of and cook, and many proposals for activities in the area.

Great weekend at Tony and Sylvie! The apartment is sublime and very well located on the banks of the Loire. Tony and Sylvie were super flexible on check-in and check-out times and we sincerely thank them! Top-notch bedding with very comfortable beds and nickel bed and bath linen. Dishes and essentials available. We recommend eyes a second thought!

A simply wonderful holiday in a beautiful home that is even more wonderful than the photos. The large garden and outdoor kitchen are a delight. There are two staircases in the house - one up to 2 bedrooms (doubles) and the other up to 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and one single), plus another child bedroom downstairs. It was perfect for two families to holiday together with lots of space and privacy. We loved the location, close to the river and 15 minutes walk to the village with restaurants, a great shop and a panoramic view over the Loire. We must also mention John Patach who runs local kayak tours. A group of us went for several hours on the river and had a great time. John also helped us check in to the house and had lots of recommendations for things to do. All in all, perfect. - Thank you for a wonderful holiday in a beautiful home.

We had a great time in the quiet home. The interior and exterior spaces are very nice. The location on the banks of the Loire offers a magnificent panorama. The bedrooms are large, with plenty of sleeping arrangements for groups. Christian was an extremely attentive host.

Very nice stay, the accommodation is accurate to the descriptions, very clean. We spent three days there as a group of four and I think we'll come back. Thank you very much.

The place is peaceful with a beautiful view of the Loire and its boats... The house is clean and well-equipped. Different places are available indoors and outdoors for lunch depending on the weather and your mood. The proximity of the bike path is a real plus, even for running. To discover...

We had a great time at Marie-Laure's beautiful home, which I thank again. Marie-Laure was very responsive and the exchanges were clear regarding the check-in and check-out instructions. In addition, the location of the house was ideal for visiting downtown Nantes as well as for our visit to the Planète Sauvage Zoo. We are delighted with our stay.

Cam, this apartment is in a great location!The ecological landscape by the river is beautiful, and it is 8-15 minutes' walk from the Château du Duc de Bretagne and the train station. We talked about the city's architecture and features. He is an engineer in the relevant industry and gave a good explanation, allowing me to understand the city. He also invited me to have breakfast with him, eating and chatting, as if I were at home.

The accommodation offered was quite suitable for a short stay in Nantes. The parking space was a big plus and the location allowed you to do anything on foot. Quentin was very clear and responsive, especially for check-in questions. Thanks again for our stay.
