The Lake apartment is about 100 m2 independent and quiet in the center of Bouaye 20 minutes from Nantes and the beaches (Pornic), 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the Planète Sauvage animal park. 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed + single bed and another with double bed) + 1 office area, non-enclosed games room + a living room with double sofa bed and an office area + 1 independent kitchen, a small bathroom (shower + sink) and separate toilet. The house does not have an outdoor area.

A new house in the quiet of a small village located between Nantes and the coast, equipped with a train station to access Nantes or the sea (Pornic or Saint Gilles Croix de vie). Our architect's house is a small cocoon a few steps from Lake Grand Lieu and 20min from Nantes Airport. Kids will love the soccer field opposite the house! Parents will enjoy the large garden and the pretty terrace. Also a few minutes from Planète Sauvage for lovers of atypical zoo!

Located 20 minutes from Nantes city center and the Beaujoire stadium/exhibition center, 40 minutes from Saint Brevin and La Baule. On the Eurovelo 6 and Loire bike paths, this accommodation is open to everyone. The cottage is 200 m from Cap Loire, 150 m from the tourist office and 1 km from the Fief des Cordeliers and the Delaunay estate.
