Recent and very clean place. Spacious and quiet. Small downside, not too much storage in the bedrooms. We don't know where to put our things. But this is just a detail that can be improved for future hosts. Damien is very approachable and very receptive. I recommend it without a problem. For me, it's a 10 out of 10 😁👍

Impeccable accommodation, well-equipped and functional. Easy parking, nice view from the terrace. Warm welcome and good advice from hosts always available and responsive if you have any questions. The creperie located right across the street is very good. Nearby paths for walks. The place makes it easy to radiate around: Ria d 'Etel, Saint-Cado, Vannes, Golfe du Morbihan, Carnac, etc. Only downside, we are close to the bridge and therefore the road but it is not so inconvenient.

House very well located, close to the sea, in a quiet neighborhood, at the end of a cul-de-sac, facing a field. The accommodation is well designed and well equipped, it includes a dozen beds, two bathrooms, a small garden and a wooden terrace. Perfect for a family! Emmanuelle, who manages the accommodation, is very nice, attentive and available. I would highly recommend this place to stay

As a couple, we benefited from the accommodation during a stay in Brittany. The accommodation is stylishly decorated and its location allows you to reach the key points of the region. We followed Gaëlle's advice and were not disappointed by the restaurant mentioned in her guide. The coast is quickly reached 15-20 min for surfing on different spots. I would highly recommend this listing.

We had a lovely stay. The house is pleasant, quiet and very well-equipped. The small, well fenced garden is charming and sunny! Proximity (by car) to beaches and many hiking trails and also appreciable.

Berengere was a fabulous host and personally welcomed us to the rental unit and came for the check out. She was extremely responsive to questions I sent in advance of our stay about things like parking options and a restaurant reservation, and remained in touch during our stay. We are English speakers and Berengere was fluent in English. The flat is terrific, centrally located in the old part of Vannes. It is very spacious and comfortable, with an extremely well stocked kitchen with modern appliances as well as laundry machines. The front of the flat faces a pedestrian street that can be lively during tourist season, but the flat has new insulated windows that buffer street noise and the main bedroom is on the back side and very quiet. Berengere's hospitality and lovely flat made for a great stay in Vannes!

We had a nice and short stay at this well-located accommodation, very close to the Port d 'Etel with its bars, restaurants and friendly sea shops. The accommodation is tastefully arranged, well designed and the cleanliness is impeccable, we keep a good memory of this nice getaway.

We were guests in Yann's accommodation for two weeks. It all matched the descriptions. The apartment is right by the sea, about 30 to 40 meters to the dunes. The sound of the sea is good to hear. Otherwise, at least during our stay, it is very quiet. Right there along the bike path of the stand. Yann was a friendly host who responded to a problem immediately and provided a solution. From the apartment, all sights can be easily reached by bike or car. A recommendation from us!

We had a great weekend in this very pleasant apartment, directly on the beach. It carries very well its name "feet in the water", the sea view is exceptional and once in the apartment you feel like you are on a boat. From the apartment, activity on the sea is important and we witness the races of oars, sailboats, triathlon training...Everything is done on foot (shops, market, restaurants, walks along the sea to the beautiful village of Lomener).
