Holiday rentals with a patio in Erba

The view and place was very nice. Federica also helped us with our luggage which was very nice of her. She was always available when we had any questions.

Words can’t describe how beautiful of a place this is! We spent so much time on the terrace which overlooks the lake. Only a 10 minute walk to town center and ferry. Alessia was such a wonderful host and we would highly recommend staying at her place.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was very nice, well equipped and we lacked nothing. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Communication with the host was straightforward, friendly, and reliable. The outstanding view of the lake is particularly noteworthy - simply fantastic! All in all, we were completely satisfied and can fully recommend the accommodation.

Giulio is a very kind and really super helpful host. He gave us maximum freedom for check-in and check-out, and recommended activities, restaurants and typical places in Lecco. The apartment was clean, tidy, equipped with everything, in a quiet neighborhood and with a breathtaking view of the lake. Fantastic experience, perfect host! Thanks again Giulio!☺️

The view from the apartment is amazing, perfect for a relaxing evening with a glass of wine!Location is great, we found it easy to use the nearby public transport routes. Cristina provided details of local restaurants and tour groups prior to check in and was responsive to all of our queries. We highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Lake Como!

High quality accommodation in a great location. Very peaceful and tranquil area. Bonus if you like dogs and cats as the owners pets are very friendly. Would recommend the accommodation without hesitation to other travellers

The accommodation is beautiful - the fantastic view the absolute highlight. The premises are super divided & the house is very charming. Would book again immediately! Only the parking situation is a bit difficult. It's not easy to find a parking spot.

We stayed in Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: cozy, chic and stylish apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel better. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). Beautiful the location is wonderful. The villa is quiet, and well maintained. The host is very helpful and accommodating. In short it’s an ideal villa for a lovely stay in this region for families.

Amazing house! Peaceful and perfect place to retreat and take a break from a long vacation. Very clean and feels like an hotel, host was very welcoming and left us some food and water when we arrived. Would not recommend if you don't plan to get a car or have a car to go up to the house, unless you are very motivated to go up steep stairs for 20 minutes. Ferry easily accessible as soon as you get down, some good restaurants next to it.

The view from Emanuele's place was spectacular, and the apartment itself was wonderful and well appointed! The hills, Lake Como, and the view overall were beautiful. If it was clear, you could see the Swiss Alps in the distance - breathtaking, just like the exciting drive up the switchback road from Como to Brunate ;-p Emanuele's home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It looked as it appeared on the website. Emanuele was a wonderful host. He responded quickly to questions we had. We had a great time. One thing to consider: those with mobility needs may have trouble here, but only getting from the parking spot to the apartment (61 stairs!).

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was within easy walking distance of the train and ferry stations and the old town center. The view from the patio and living room was lovely. One day was rainy, but the covered parts of the patio and open doors from the living room made for relaxing lake and mountain views, even in the rain. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was handy for cooking a couple dinners, and the washing machine was small but convenient for a couple quick loads. Communication and check-in went smoothly. Highly recommended.

This was an absolutely stunning spot. Centrally located, amazing views, and reasonably priced. It looked exactly like the pictures! The apartment was great - had everything we needed and was really comfortable. The deck overlooking the mountains and Lake Lugano is spectacular. I recommend this 100%. If you are coming to Lake Lugano, this is a great spot. I miss it already!

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

Property was absolutely immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Teas and sweet treats were a lovely welcoming touch and after walking around Bergamo the first aid kit with plasters was very much appreciated! Great location for getting around and a lovely little base for our holiday. Would absolutely love to stay again.

We enjoyed every moment in Milchele’s apartment! Everything was as described, and Michele answered straight away if we were wondering about anything! We will definitely use him again for our next stay in beautiful Milan!

The communication even in advance was very friendly and the arrival was therefore easy and relaxed. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived. The apartment is great and we immediately felt very comfortable. Everything is well thought out and nothing is missing. I have rarely experienced this before. We would love to come back and I can recommend this place 100%.

The place was super comfortable, very modern and with everything you need to have an impeccable stay!!!! We would definitely come back …….. He also stressed that Mateo was always available and his response was immediate...... The neighborhood is super quiet and has access to the train station We went by car and parked on the street without any problems I give it a 10 and highly recommend it!!!!!!
