Holiday rentals with beach access in Eraclea Mare

We love Marta’s apartment! It is nice and clean on the top floor. The little details of the apartment are very considerable and we felt right at home. The neighbours are friendly and quiet. Easy to get around the island. Helpful local recommendations too!

Been here for the second time - and again fully satisfied! The apartment is well maintained, lovingly furnished and simply comfortable. We were thrilled with our first visit last year, and everything was great this time as well. Thank you for the great stay – we will definitely come back!

The accommodation is close to the sea and the pool. The stairs to the apartment keep you fit. Silvia was a wonderful, friendly hostess. The accommodation is very clean. The roof terrace is perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jerome and Catherine’s. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the canal views in front and garden views in back. It was so wonderful to come back to this quiet neighborhood after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. Ivana was a perfect host, and communication before and during the stay was excellent. The flat looked just like in the pictures, and upon arrival, we found some nice treats that Ivana had placed in the flat. I really enjoyed the stay – thank you!

Perfect location clean and comfortable. Recommended . Can drop off but Cannot park very close to property public parking 29 euros a day a mile away by bus!

We highly recommend this place. Very very friendly and attentive hosts. The apartment was very clean and maintained. We, including our dog, felt very comfortable and will certainly live there again. It was just perfect.

if you are coming to Venice, this is a must day. This was our first trip to Venice, but we quickly learn that we had stayed on the street where the locals hang out. This is off the tourist section with many food options on the same street, our favorite was Tintoretto. It is a 15 minute walking tour from the train station.. I cannot say enough nice things.

We spent 5 nights ar Vittorio's place and were very satisfied. Spacious house with big garden. As we travel by car and with two large dogs, the space outside the house was perfect for us. The garden is fully fenced and private. Large terrace with a roof. Just take some mosquito spray - as the island has water all around, they are vicious there - in case you feel like sitting on terrace in the evening or take a stroll around the island.

Perfect home to stay

Everything was great, the place was nice, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The house and the yard are very nice. Comfortable access to the yard with a car, plenty of parking. Patricia is friendly and helpful, all recommendations for accommodation and hosts. We spent a wonderful time in Lido di Jesolo. A big hello to Patricia. We will recommend to friends and come again if the opportunity arises.

We had a great week with many excursion opportunities incl. Venice nearby. The place was modern and clean. Mattia was friendly and responsive. Two bathrooms were a luxury for us. Everything was very clean and the number of towels was great. The kitchen was well equipped. Our son had fun on the trampoline in the garden. Nearby were lots of shopping, a great café in Cavallino and still plenty of open restaurants despite the off-season. Only the many mosquitoes were a bit annoying outside. The fly screens in all the windows were great.

Beautiful apartment, in a very quiet location. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, everything is taken care of in detail. Unfortunately, there aren't many places open in Burano in the evening, so it would have been better to arrange to dine at home. With children, you have to be careful with the staircase, which is a bit exposed. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely two days. The accommodation is as described, spacious and clean and the service was great, but above all we thank Stefania for her availability and patience with our very lively little dog Joey!

great place and super friendly host

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, which is located in what feels like a surreal spot in Venice. The apartment was spotless and perfectly clean, and we were especially grateful for the host’s flexibility with our check-in time. Communication was always smooth and quick, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. As two architects visiting Venice for the Biennale, we found the location ideal — close to both Arsenale and Giardini. I would absolutely love to stay here again on my next visit to Venice, if it’s available.

It was in every way the most beautiful vacation I have ever spent with my family. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and met all needs, in addition to a wonderful view. You feel different and wonderful at the wonderful market in the city center of Karauli. Everything wonderful and great location! The private beach is an absolute bonus! Germania was always available and always responded. All without problems, we would come back! Thank you. Amazing balcony apartment in Venice, it is our first time to visit Italy and it makes an unforgettable memory here. You can sit on the wood deck to enjoy the sun, and having beer at evening time. It is easy to access to different location by walking and enjoy the view in Venice.

The place is apsolutely amazing, we gad 2 Terraces, of which one of them had a barbique place and a mountain view, and the other one was on the side of the beach. Enrico is a superb person, always available, friendly and you can count on him for every advise, also in regards to traveling to nearby places. We will for sure visit again!
