The apartment is in a green and quiet neighborhood. Practically furnished and very clean. Very friendly welcome by Jérémie and he gave accurate information about the apartment and the area. Supermarket, bakery are around the corner and the train station is also within a short walking distance. You'll be in Paris within 15 minutes. The Italian restaurant San Marco is close by and the food is delicious. On a future visit, I would book with Jérémie and Kitkat again. Coming home quietly after a bustling Paris.

The Philippe’s place are perfectly located for those who are planning to attend some shows at Stade de France (which is in 12 min walk distance) or just getting tired from the busy city centre pretty fast. For us it took a 1h from Orly airport to the location by subway that I think is really great. As well to the city centre it’s around 30 min by direct train. A studio was fully equipped with everything what could be needed not just for a short stay, but for long as well. Pretty friendly neighbours and Philippe by himself. Always was ready to help or answer on a questions :) Definitely would stay there again!

Situated next to the Porte de Paris station, this was an excellent base for someone looking for a Paris adventure! The studio had all I needed for a pleasant stay and I felt right at home. Check in was simply picking up the keys at a grocery store around the corner. The place was clean on arrival, I appreciated the plants and decor, and there was plenty of tea for a morning brew! Christine was the sweetest, very communicative, and I felt comfortable sharing with her any questions. She even messaged me warning of an impeding hailstorm, and I got to shelter right on time. I had no issue but note for those with large luggage the spiral staircase is narrow. I will consider this place again on a future visit, I felt great value for my stay!

Coming especially for a concert, we chose Astrid's Airbnb because it met our criteria and was rather well located, near the Stade de France. The apartment is very functional, clean and large enough for 4 people. The neighborhood is rather quiet and easy to access by transport. Thanks to Astrid for this experience 🙂

I would recommend a D 'ho home that looked like a trait for the photos . The room was smaller in real life and the bed is also small, it's limited in both . The superb kitchen, the terrace to fall with the view of La Défense the super spacious bathroom, I totally recommend it . Please remember to read the house rules… otherwise everything was fine overall .

We had the pleasure of spending 4 days here. The apartment is bright, friendly and very well located, the metro and shops are within walking distance in a few minutes. The balcony is a highlight. We were traveling by car and two bicycles, the underground garage in the house had enough space for everything. Thank you for your hospitality, 5 stars!

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a little further out from the centre of Paris but easily reachable with public transport. There were some lovely local shops and restaurants nearby as well so we didn’t always have to go out of our way to find something. The apartment was just right for two people for a few days :)

I had a wonderful stay at Antoine's Airbnb—it felt so comfy, just like home! Equipped with everything you need and conveniently close to central Paris. Antoine is professional and helpful, and the friendly neighbors were a bonus. Highly recommended! When I come back to Paris I will definitely contact the host again to stay as this stay made me want to live in Paris. The area is beautiful and there is a massive local supermarket Auchan. There was extra bed linen and lots of towels for the stay! Everything was just perfect!! Thank you Antoine

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Very practical, pleasant and comfortable accommodation, the balneo bathtub is really a plus, we had a very pleasant stay.

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

We had an unforgettable birthday evening in this absolutely perfect rooftop apartment! From the first exchanges, the hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly and attentive: each question received an almost immediate answer. Everything is designed to make your stay easier: a clear and complete user manual, a functional kitchen with dishwasher! A large friendly table, beds are very comfortable and fans in each room, ideal with the heat, well-appointed spaces, and the terrace keeps all its promises! Several seats allow you to create different atmospheres, and the jacuzzi is just exceptional. Everything was in place for a successful evening with friends. We had planned to go to the music festival but... we preferred to stay there! That's to say, the place was perfect... In summary: a unique place, well equipped, and perfectly suited to a festive moment. I would recommend it without a second thought!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
