Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Épinay-sur-Seine

We very much enjoyed our stay at Didier’s home. Our favorite aspect was the location, right in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood, filled with quant little cafes, bakeries, shops, and local families too. It was so special to see how real Parisian’s live and we feel blessed to have found this place. We also appreciated Didier’s clear communication.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Valerio’s place. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It felt cozy and inviting, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal — close to local attractions, restaurants, and easy public transportation options. Valerio was an excellent host, quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating throughout my visit. Location was midway b/w airport and Paris city center. Allowed us to stay out of the hustle and bustle except when we went into the city. Easy drop off and pick up for Uber. Location had washer and drying rack which was needed after 8 days of travel. Both rooms were as described. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was clean and ready if we had. Overall, host was very proactive with communication and checked in appropriately for check in and check out. Thanks Patrick!

The apartment is just like the photos, Aaron is super responsible and guided and helped me at all times. It's 12 minutes from the train and the area is good. Carrefour is nearby and everything is accessible. Everything was clean. I'll repeat

Very nice, quiet and well-equipped accommodation

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

From the first moment Paul has been the perfect host - very open and friendly communication and great tips about Paris due to his knowledge of the best locations. The apartment delivers the breathtaking view over Montmartre seen on the pictures. The rooftop terrace is the perfect location to enjoy sunsets with friends or a loved one - very romantic and insane atmosphere during the Champions League final!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. Overall it was very nice, he was very responsive and made check in very smooth and easy, which after 3 flights and 10 hrs of flying was very nice. He even let us check in early and had available wine for us to enjoy. 10/10 would definitely come again. 😁

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

The stay was great. The accommodation was very private & beautiful. Jessica was also very easy to reach & extremely helpful. Everything was there, from dishes to pots to bed linen & washing machine. Even washing powder, if you don't have allergies, you could have used it. A small booklet in the living area also had a few tips on activities & explanations about the house. Unfortunately, only in French, but quickly translated with modern technology. Simply take a photo and have it translated from your mobile phone. The park is not very far, with views over Paris & neighborhood is quite quiet. If you want to go to Paris, for example, to the Eiffel Tower, it takes almost an hour by bus & train. But the connection is good & cheap. For Germans, the loud heating when showering was rather unusual, because of the thin walls. But it didn't bother us. We felt very comfortable and are very satisfied.

The house is very welcoming and spacious, especially the office and the bedrooms. 1 table and 6 chairs in the dining room and the same in the garden, leaving the possibility of eating outside without constraint. The positive points: 2 of the rooms offer a very convenient adjoining room. All the necessary products were available (washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, tea towels, etc.) and the kitchen is well-equipped (including 3 coffee machines!). The TV benefits from the channels of a box. The presence of 2 toilets is a plus and the garden is very pleasant. Lionel was very available and responsive. Less positive points: The stairs creak but do not disturb sleep (even for light sleepers like me) and an organization is necessary for showers with only one bathroom for 6. These small details did not spoil the stay and the house was very much appreciated by everyone! I would recommned this property.

We had an amazing stay at Iteb's! After welcoming us as princes, Iteb took the time to introduce us to the accommodation and explain how each equipment in the pool area works. The pool area is simply stunning! 14m long swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, fitness area with giant screen and state of the art massage seat! Just awesome! Iteb knows and loves to host, he is generous, very friendly and has no shortage of conversation topics! We were also lucky enough to be able to access his amazing fully equipped cinema for a private session that we are ready to forget! An unforgettable stay! We'll be happy to come back! I had a lovely stay at this place. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and as described. Ms. Milka is a very welcoming, kind and respectful person. She really knows how to put people at ease and makes herself available if you need anything. It feels like home right away. Thank you again for your hospitality and kindness. This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a subway entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We don't miss anything. There is even an iPad to explain the entire accommodation and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Beautiful private apartment. Cozy. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Stephane was very responsive. He made sure I was okay. Definitely coming back.

We visited Nicolas’s space on our honeymoon! The apartment was perfect. The view was incredible. Nicolas provided an abundance of both local and nonlocal recommendations. I wish we had time to explore all of them. The few that we did try, he was on point, he knows good food. You can’t beat the location. We walked to Montmartre, Galeries Lafayette, The Lourve, The Eiffel Tower, etc. it’s not far to get to the metro either. You have everything you would need to cook a meal and there’s a mini supermarket right around the corner. The views at night are worth the price. We will be back!

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.
