A great place for a short stay. Private garage, small lawn (it was perfect for my workout). There are a few nice venues for breakfast and dinner in 2-10 mins walk. For colder times the warm ac works perfectly (we were with an infant)!

A very warm, clean and super comfortable place with different environments to have a good stay. I highlight the cleanliness of the place, the towels and linens clean and in good condition. Very nice ornamentation of spaces. The area is very nice , close to the river to enjoy.

Travel with a group of teenagers, the house was perfectly suited to our needs. It has practically everything you need. I would improve the utensils theme of the grill a little but nothing to worry about. An excellent purple for a great stay. We will definitely be back

Excellent apartment in a beautiful location. I highly recommend Juani's apartment. It's exactly as shown in the photos. The reception by his brother Leandro with accurate and very kind recommendations, was more than welcome. I highly recommend staying in this apartment to get to know the city of Santa Fe. For those of us from Buenos Aires, it's the closest thing to Puerto Madero you'll find. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views and nice places to eat in the surroundings.

Everything is impeccable, from hiring to retiring. Olga is an excellent host, her home shines and shines in all environments, it is spacious, comfortable, functional, located in one of the most beautiful places in Paraná. The house comes with everything you need for breakfast and cooking. It has business, bars, restaurants, shopping and casino among others no more than 6 blocks away. Excellent experience!

The place is nicer than the pictures show, nice bed, clean towels, equipped kitchen, comfortable armchairs, two patios, thoughtfully decorated in traveler style. Attentive mirrors! Good location. We stayed for two nights and the stay was very good. Everything was very clean and tidy. Entry following the instructions was straightforward. The apartment is very quiet, it is located in a neighborhood, a little far from downtown, but it's great. The only thing I suggest is that if you use the garage, you have your own key to enter and exit the building and not a communal one. We did not cook, but notice that there were not many kitchen items. Communication is impeccable, you are immediately responded to your inquiry. Without hesitation, I recommend it and I would come back. Many thanks Agustin Apart!

The stay at Maria Jose's house was impeccable. The house is comfortable, nice and functional. Everything was perfect. Gallery and grill facing the garden and the river is great and the pool garden and private dock is crazy. We would definitely come back. Thank you very much for everything! 🙏
