A great place for a short stay. Private garage, small lawn (it was perfect for my workout). There are a few nice venues for breakfast and dinner in 2-10 mins walk. For colder times the warm ac works perfectly (we were with an infant)!

The apartment is impeccable, just like the photos, super nice, very well equipped. Adriana was super friendly. Everything is highly recommended. There is not much to do in Concepción, in the area where the apartment is located, it is part of the port, and there are many port buildings that are being valued, but the area is still very desolate. Also, you are 5 minutes from the center, it has a garage that you enter with remote control. Super grateful and recommendable

I spent a few days in Santa Fe and couldn't have chosen better place to stay. The apartment is just as it appears in the photos: very clean, comfortable and with an energy that invites you to feel at home from the first moment. Everything is taken care of in detail, from bed linen to kitchen utensils, and you can see the affection with which María José prepares the space. She is a wonderful host, always helpful and friendly. I slept very well, rested and enjoyed the place a lot. I am very grateful for the experience and eager to return.

Excellent apartment in a beautiful location. I highly recommend Juani's apartment. It's exactly as shown in the photos. The reception by his brother Leandro with accurate and very kind recommendations, was more than welcome. I highly recommend staying in this apartment to get to know the city of Santa Fe. For those of us from Buenos Aires, it's the closest thing to Puerto Madero you'll find. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views and nice places to eat in the surroundings.

Formidable! I'll be back every time I visit Rosario. Renata's apartment is located in Puerto Norte, by far the best area in the city. A modern, practical apartment with all the amenities (including a fixed garage in the basement, which in Rosario is a plus!). Beautiful sunrises, sunsets and the river at your feet. 100000% recommended.
