Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace by the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you hear nothing at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.

The Practice

A wonderfully luxurious accommodation with all the comforts, in the beautiful rural village of Broek in Waterland. 20 minutes away from Amsterdam Center. It is a 5-minute walk to the bus that runs directly to Amsterdam Central Station. It is entirely private with all-round terrace and a nice garden with three places to sit. Fenced around and lockable with a nice gate. The house is not suitable for little children.

From spring, you can explore the picturesque waterways by boat or on a SUP board.* The house is connected to the Grote Vliet, a popular water sports and fishing location. Within cycling distance of the IJsselmeer (beach). *Sloop for rent for 75 per day (ask about the possibilities due to winter storage)
