Cozy little apartment in a very nice and safe area. We are walking distance from the central canals and around the corner you'll find restaurants, shops and more livelyness. Our street is a green and calm street with a friendly atmosphere. Everything you need is 2 m,in walking. Please note that the studio is on the 4th floor, this is our topfloor and thus you will enjoy the light and airy side of it. We dont have an elevator so you need to be fit to walk stairs. Neat and Clean, two floor apartment in historic building (1652), central located in a quiet pedestrian street. Very central and so easy to reach and to explore from, in a quiet pocket of the the heart of the old center. Apartment is plug and play with all you might need, orientation tour is included (where to do groceries, eat and where not and other information you might need over the city etc.) I do not take groups in their 20ties or anybody coming for partying/festivals.
