A really quiet and original place. The cabin is spacious and well equipped with a large terrace. Very good hosting by Audrey and very clear explanations as well as excellent flexibility! We'll be there again.

This is our second time staying. Very nice, soothing, very pretty places.

An enchanting family stay! Observing wild animals in the morning mist was a magical moment, especially for our child who keeps stars full of their eyes. The cabin is a haven of peace, like hanging out of time, ideal for relaxing. With walks, bike paths a stone's throw away, and sightseeing spots just minutes away, the location is perfect for combining nature and discovery. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay on Water Lodge. A fabulous base for exploring the Isle of Wight. We all slept amazingly well and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay for a family of four. Thank you Yarmouth Harbour!

Linda and Mark were great hosts. Linda was great help in the run up and during our stay with excellent communication throughout. We arrived to an immaculate and clean space with freshly baked bread and lots of snacks and extras. The wood fired hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed chilling on the terrace facing the lagoon. Highlight was definitely Mark and Linda taking us out for a spin on the boat and seeing the other islands in the the area.

We had an amazing stay on board with everything we needed and the most beautiful surroundings. Gail and Dave were fantastic hosts, we will definitely be coming back to stay again, thank you!

Really lovely place, bigger than it looks on the photos. It was a pleasure to sit by open doors on the comfy chair & watch the water. We also borrowed a chair from the garden to sit on the balcony. We loved how quiet it was. The front garden is attractive and private. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking utensils & a huge fridge/freezer. Be aware the that the beautiful glass walls means the neighbour might accidentally see you dressing - remember to close the electric blinds first! As described, the house does creak a little when the tides change, but it wasn't for long and added to the thrill of living somewhere different. We were visited by a swan & ducks each day & enjoyed feeding them a few handfuls of the pellets provided. I found a route to Woodside beach, approx 20-ish mins walk from house, be aware it's hilly. The tide was high so I only saw pebbles, don't know if there's sand low tide. Jenny was very helpful & responded quickly to our questions.

If you’re looking for a unique getaway with a welcoming host and a gorgeous setting, this is the place for you! From the moment we arrived, Linda, the host, greeted us with a smile and the wonderful surprise of a freshly baked loaf of bread, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel right at home. In fact, thoughtful is the watchword here, the houseboat was stocked with everything you could possibly need, the fridge was fully stocked with essentials like milk, butter, jams, infused water, and Linda even had a selection of ice creams for us. The property itself is in a peaceful location, but still close to so many places, for example Hampton Court Palace is within walking distance. It was spotless and wonderfully maintained, the bed was huge and the attention to detail exceptional, even leaving duck feed for us to feed the ducks and Swans that swam up to our door. We didn’t use the Sauna but I highly recommend the Swedish Hot Tub, it made what was already a relaxing experience

I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s, but this was easily one of my favourite experiences. Not only was the boat cozy and the location beautiful, but David and Pyae were lovely, welcoming hosts. Their hospitality really went above and beyond. I felt right at home - having Pyae’s delicious Burmese food and playing cards with other guests. The room was so clean and well taken care of, as were all the amenities. Such a fun stay!

Absolutely loved our stay on this charming little boat! The serene surroundings were stunning, peaceful, and perfect for unplugging. Being gently rocked to sleep at night and waking up to calm waters made us feel so relaxed, while the unique experience of staying on a boat added just the right touch of adventure. A perfect mix of tranquility and excitement! We left feeling refreshed and inspired. Highly recommend!

A houseboat with charm and atmosphere, very nicely and tastefully developed and furnished. Such a peaceful place, even on the long Ascension weekend! Perros-Guirec is a good place to experience Brittany for a few days. Absolutely too recommended! The dry toilet is not the best, but it is good to use for a few days. The only suggestion for improvement: a handle on the boat would make boarding a little easier for the inexperienced. François is a very nice and uncomplicated host!

A lovely spot to get some writing done, 2 minute walk from Tesco and about 15 minute walk from pubs etc. Very helpful staff at the end of the phone for anything you need. Thanks Keith and all!

A wonderful houseboat, so well planned , on a so small area we could stay five of us, but I think maybe four would be more convenient. It’s so beautiful to sit on the rooftop and have a drink and watch the sun go down. Soon the restaurant on front of the house boat will open as it’s a new owner and fully renovated!

Lovely and quite very tranquil place spacious clean had everything we needed .lovely cafe on site with great food well stocked shop in village good pub food This was something different staying on a boat I can’t recommend it enough . Definitely would stay there again

Fun, a great experience and a little bit different. In a great location, easy for Bath and Bathampton. Jason is a superb host, accommodating, flexible and friendly. Lots of room and really comfortable. We’ll be back!

Beautiful houseboat - stunning views and totally unique experience for us. Bembridge is a very special place and we loved sitting on the deck looking out.

Great stay in an incredible natural setting, quiet and completely exotic. The chalet on stilts is very cozy, we loved the Nordic bath, the boat, the paddleboard... and our dog was able to enjoy it to the fullest thanks to the fully fenced land. We even got to see the milking of the cows, a simple and authentic moment. Complimentary breakfast, super good, and the host is really sweet and welcoming. Less than 30 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel, it is the perfect place to relax. We leave with lots of good memories. Thanks again! Nathan,
