Great value at £37 pp when 6 or more book A Life skills training venue*, it has everything you'll need, with a huge well stocked kitchen and breakfast pack. Close to M5 and A303, an easy drive to the West and South coastlines. Our neighbours are important to us, so we respectfully have a NO NOISE policy after 11pm. If your looking for a bespoke, unique and totally exclusive stay then the Jazz Quarters is for you. The interior has been designed with a 60's feel with a nod to the mid century brutalist era in which the building was built offering a wealth of original features. Set within a stones throw from the beach and in the heart of the epicentre of a rich historical town and village that is, Southsea. This once sleepy outcrop has now gained itself a reputation for being a bubbling metropolis of cool.

The Cabin at Howe Lodge

A lovely garden cabin with vintage details. It's very comfortable, quiet, with sea views nearby. It's a short walk to the beach and coastal path. The village, pubs and restaurants are also within walking distance. The cabin is in the garden of the main home, but very private. There is a toilet and a wash basin within the cabin. The heated shower is outdoors with sea views! We offer a simple and tasty complimentary breakfast served in your cabin or on our deck (weather permitting).

Oak Lodge - Headlands farm

Oak Lodge is our largest Lakeside Lodge perfect for families of 4, couples wanting that extra bit of space or mixed groups. The outside decking (child friendly!) is simply fantastic, floating high above our lakes with stunning views across the water and beyond... you won’t want to go inside! With open plan kitchen, diner & lounge and patio doors to the decking area, it’s a fantastic communal space. The fire pit / bar-b-que and lawn area is also just out the front ready to go!

Glamping in retro 1990s caravan, Hever

A refurbished 1990s Swift 360s caravan in an AONB 15 minutes off the M25. Beautiful local walks and cycle routes. A stone’s throw from Hever or Chiddingstone Castle, short drive to Chartwell or Penshurst. Book supper at The Wheatsheaf, Bough Beech, 3 min walk, or use the compact kitchen and settle in for a night of cards or puzzles under the stars. Teas, ground coffee and milk supplied. Order breakfast hampers, Cornish pasties, BBQ coals.
