We had an amazing 3 days in this great cabin RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!! We absolutely loved it. It was wonderfully quiet and peaceful - we couldn't recommend it highly enough. It helped of course that we had fab weather! It is extremely well designed and equipped and there is plenty of room for 2 people. (The mezzanine might be challenging for a big bloke...!) We found good and varied places to eat in Lyme Regis which is a unique and delightful place. The coastline is stunning. Go!

Le logement proposé par Annie est situé dans un joli jardin ombragé avec une grande terrasse. Le lieu est très calme et reposant. De nombreuses possibilités de découverte de ce beau pays du Léon. Annie est disponible, accueillante et attentionnée. La maison est spacieuse, confortable, lumineuse. Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour. Un bel endroit pour de belles vacances.

Notre séjour chez Catherine s' est très bien passé. Le logement très propre correspond à la description. Catherine, nous a très bien accueillis et nous a conseillés quelques visites . Je recommande vivement

We had such a wonderful stay at the cabin, in a beautiful peaceful location with lovely forests near by. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, very cosy with a comfy bed and an amazing shower. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay! Liz is a fabulous host and made us feel so welcome! The property is lovely, exactly as described and a really great location for visiting the new forest. Would definitely recommend!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Appledore. Ein hübscher und gepflegter Ort. Ein tolles Cottage mit wunderschönem eingezäunten Garten wo sich auch unser Hund sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und ist hübsch eingerichtet. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotlessly clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Bev was an incredibly helpful and welcoming host — always quick to respond and full of great local tips. The location was perfect for exploring Cornwall, with easy access to all the main sights while still being peaceful and relaxing. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it!

The perfect getaway stay. Easy to find & a great location! Very peaceful, cosy and super relaxing. The place was well equipped and was extremely clean! Hot tub was a lovely touch, was already heated up for us too when we arrived. Enjoyed very much, so so relaxing! Only a 40 min drive away from Exmouth beach which was great - lots of hiking trails nearby also. Perfect garden space for my boxer dog to run about in he absolutely loved it - we all felt right at home. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! Thank you for leaving us the afternoon tea cake selection, they were delicious. ☺️👍

Lovely little place to stay, sharon had thought of everything we might need during our stay which was much appreciated, the studio was so cute, as well as the patio area. It got quite hot and stuffy due to the time of year as well as the lack of airflow (unless you leave the door open) however we had a nice powerful fan in the room which helped a little. Overall, it was a great stay and would recommend to anyone else who's looking for somewhere to stay that's close to the centre of Newport (20 minute walk). It was also a great location for the IOW festival which was about a 40 minute walk.

Nous recommandons sans réserve le logement de Gabrielle. Agréable, équipé d’accessoires de qualité avec un petit extérieur privé agréable pour la détente par beau temps. Le calme règne et Gabrielle est aux petits soins pour les voyageurs. Bien placé tout Roscoff se découvre facilement à pied de chez elle, sans être dans les aléas du centre ville cependant fluide et magnifique. Notre séjour reste un très bon souvenir.

I had an exceptionally peaceful and quiet much needed rest at the place. It was so comfy and clean, I definitely had a good time and will be going back soon.

The Cabin was in a fanatic location to explore the new forest and the communication from Tom and Lucy prior to arrival was excellent. On arrival the space was spotlessly clean and all amenities required were to a high standard. The homemade bread and beer in the fridge was a lovely touch. On arrival there was a personal note from Tom and Lucy with local recommendations and the local pubs delivered fantastic food. Communication throughout the stay and on checkout was excellent and gave us confidence on how to leave and check out. The brewery is clearly a nice place to have on your doorstep for a quiet beer when required. Overall a great stay and we will be retuning at some point.

Practically perfect in every way A delightful stay - The Cabin is brilliantly designed - great care has obviously gone into making it a comfortable place with every amenity that one would need It’s less than a minute to the beach and the hosts - Mika and Sarah are very responsive and communicative, ideal hosts Loved the place and we’ll definitely be back (ps - title of the review is accurate but also a deliberate reference to Mary Poppins, the film which Sarah referred to in our first conversation as we arrived 😁)

Claire was a lovely host. She was kind and helpful and responsive to contacts made. The Nest is a really peaceful location surrounded by greenery and birdsong. Good kitchen and bathroom and lovely outside space. East Hoathly has a great little pub - very friendly landlord/lady and a wee coffee shop with excellent coffee!

A cosy and clean cabin with comfortable sofa bed & powerful shower. Quiet location for sleeping & convenient off street parking. Within easy walking distance of the high street with many pubs, restaurants & amenities. The hosts were friendly & welcoming. I would recommend this accommodation.

Great communication from Andy & Katie prior to arrival and during our stay to check everything was ok. Thank you for the welcome pack. We had a lovely quiet and relaxing few days at The Retreat. The accommodation was excellent for the 2 of us and our dog. It was very clean and good amenities. The Trusty Cutter pub served excellent food. Great location to explore the New Forest and for dog walks. Would recommend staying here.

The whole guest house and garden area was beautiful and had such a lovely stay. Mona was extremely lovely and went out of her way to buy a bottle of wine for our girls stay which was ever so kind of her. Would 100% stay here again if I’m ever in the area

The Golly Gosh was a great find. We had the best time. Eamon and Bernadette were great hosts, friendly but kept in the background. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and the beds the most comfortable we’ve slept in! The accommodation was fantastic would definitely recommend and would 100% stay there again.

We had such a memorable experience staying here — just myself and my three boys aged 7, 12, and 13. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely at home. Marley was incredibly friendly with a great sense of humour that had us all laughing and relaxed. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and ideal for a family. You can tell a lot of thought and care goes into making sure guests feel welcome. The boys didn’t even miss their devices — they were too busy learning and soaking up the experience. Some of our highlights were watching the red kites feed, spotting deer, and seeing badgers feeding — all made even more special by Marley and Fred, who patiently and enthusiastically educated us along the way. The boys gained so much from it, and it was a joy to see them so engaged and curious. We loved it so much we even tried to stay an extra night! Truly a warm, welcoming, and unforgettable place to stay with kids — we’ll treasure the memories

Great accommodation, all on one level, in a friendly village. Avril & Paul left us to ourselves but readily engaged when approached. Beautiful setting with lovely garden, view of the Southern Downs easy, short walk to village store to buy bread, cereal, milk and banana for breakfast.

We loved this beautiful, well designed and peaceful annex. The sunny garden was a delight, with nectar laden flowers and a stunning wild flower patch that attracted bees and other pollinators, butterflies and birds. The outside table and chairs were in the sun for hours so we could eat breakfast outside and sit well into the evening. The bed is very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Using our netflix and BBC iPlayer logins, straightforward. A much appreciated addition was the provision of hair conditioner ( which we’ve found no longer provided in many places). We were touring on our bikes and able to store them safely in the owner’s garage. The stunning beach is a 15-20 minutes walk. Bus stops to Chichester, at the end of the road. We had such a lovely 4 nights here, we’ll come again.

Maisonnette de conte de fée, avec des décos maison, un parapluie attentionné pour accéder à la niche de nuit en cas de temps maussade, un espace dans le congélateur familial pour loger nos vivres personnelles, des conversations fluides et plaisantes, tout ça a largement contribué à rendre notre passage chez Loïc et Céline bien agréables...

La maison de Patricia est adorable, bien située et impeccable. Il est incroyable de voir comment Patricia a aménagé la maison, très pratique et tout est à disposition dans les moindres détails. Le contact avec Patricia a été très facile. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ..je recommande vivement ! Merci Patricia et à une prochaine fois !
