You will not be disappointed from the moment you book to when you leave… these hosts are just brilliant. 3 years (maybe 4! ) we have stayed here with my two children. We look forward to returning each year. The walkable distance to beach (with all that you need to borrow to enjoy it in the cupboard!) is brilliant, and so easy to get into Bournmouth. The building is lovely, quiet, parking is simple and the communication couldn’t be improved. We made a few suggestions the first year we stayed and was thrilled to be listened to and the changes had been made the next visit. Honestly… you too will return year in year. Thank you again Mearl - see you next year!

We had the most amazing weather for our stay. Two of us shared the apartment. We discovered various steps to take us to town. The cab to the flat from the station was only £6 and well worth it on the way up! We really enjoyed The Sloop Inn and a restaurant called Silko on the quay St Ives. The best coffee by far was Mount Zion. The flat was really quiet and the beds comfortable. The Spa was really great and the views from the Spa Hotel were great. Lunch there was v tasty and the staff were sympathetic.

Impeccable stay. Access to the garage is not easy (big car) and it's a shame that the garage door doesn't work. Impeccable accommodation. Access to the city center on foot in 20 minutes. I recommend

very clean home The accommodation and great property to accommodate a family like us with a baby (there is a baby bed available) safe (just be careful when you get out of the jacuzzi because it's slippery and there's no railing)

Iveta was very helpful and accommodating as we were unable to tell her our estimated time of arrival due to family circumstances. The lovely touch of chocolates and candles were appreciated. The appartment is spacious and well equipped. The parking space especially welcome as there doesn’t appear to be any other parking. Was also close to Southampton hospital which was what we needed .

the accommodation is as described and as shown in the photos, or even larger than it appears. It feels like home, it is very well equipped, nothing is missing. Marie France and her husband are responsive and gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment is well located, 15 minutes' walk from Nausicaa and the SNCF train station. There are many good restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. perfect stay!

lovely flat, and great host, I would highly recommend. Got my steps in walking to Bournemouth town centre along the front. We hope to return next year.

Really good, clean, well equipped apartment. Very well located for access to the town and beyond, although obviously that does mean there is a bit of traffic noise but not too intrusive. Had we been travelling in peak summertime, personally we would have sought outdoor space but the apartment was described accurately and suited our needs perfectly. Host is very responsive, helpful and genuinely polite and welcoming.

Apartment, without any neighbors opposite, matching its description, spacious and very good bedding. Its location is perfect for visiting Orléans without a car. Small but functional bathroom. We will keep this address for a possible visit to Orléans.

The whole stay was stress free including taking a 10month old puppy with us. Access to Dartmoor almost immediate which is what we wanted. Going anywhere was within easy reach, friendly, clean well fitted out came and went as we pleased. Whole experience enjoyable, will go again before too long.

Another wonderful stay here. Same attributes: Great location, well-maintained and decorated space and good quality appliances and responsive host providing everything needed for a long stay. The concierge Mark is very helpful and it certainly doesn’t hurt to have the excellent patisserie from the coffee place below!

The Hideaway is a perfect little spot to run away to. it's in an incredibly beautiful spot and super quiet. it's a lovely little walk to the village of Graffham (Cheryl gave us excellent instructions) there is a cute little village shop that does coffees and sells all that you could need. The Forrester's Arms is a lovely pub but we ate at the Woodcote which was excellent. The space is large and comfortable. The sofas are perfect for a nap as they are massive. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The shower was lush as were the faith in nature smelly bits. would completely recommend

We enjoyed our stay at Jack's place! We were also grateful to be able to check in 3 hours early to drop off our luggage before heading out to explore. The space was clean, comfortable, and quite walkable. There was also a small Tesco grocery express just outside our door, which was convenient. Jack was a communicative and friendly. Would stay here again - thanks!

Great little apartment. Ideal for a short stay. Centrally located in the village. Not far from the sea. We felt very comfortable.

We had a great stay at Hautmont, we were wowed by the property as soon as we walked in. The drive is tricky to get in and out of, but you eventually get the hang of it. We were welcomed by the owners not long after we arrived and they were responsive throughout our stay to any questions. Hautmont has a homely feeling to the house, with a large lounge, big kitchen and dining table, good sized bedrooms and bathroom. Downstairs felt a little dark throughout all times of the day but upstairs bedrooms were light and airy. Basics were provided: hand wash at each sink, good body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and more than enough loo roll for our stay. A generous welcome package too. The kitchen was well stocked with an array of glasses, crockery and cutlery but there is no dishwasher or washing machine. The owners let us use their washing machine however which was very kind. There is a hot tub available for use which we used once, but felt it could've been cleaner in preparation for our stay

What an amazing place the pictures don’t do it justice. There was everything you need and more, it is very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, pool equipment and everyday necessities! We have two young boys and everything you require is already there. Our boys loved it, especially the play area and pool. Lovely hosts, lovely home and very clean and tidy If we are in the area again in the future we would no doubt book this again.

Very well located accommodation (10 minutes' walk from the center of Etretat) and very functional in a pleasant environment. Excellent communication with the host, who was very available. We recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Anne and David's, we came to spend a few days with our 9-month-old son, enjoy the dune and the sea nearby. In a baby carrier, everything is done even if it was a little hot on the climb! We were able to easily contact our hosts who were very responsive, and gave good advice. I would recommned this property.

I highly recommend this accommodation located in a very beautiful environment and in harmony with nature that invites you to disconnect completely. The amenities are incredible, especially the pool, which is really the highlight. Déborah and Paul are extremely welcoming and warm. Thanks again.

a rare property on the market where animals are still accepted. We were in a quiet place, the only tenants. We were only there to sleep. The weather was lucky with us. The garage converted into a games and sports room clearly pleased the children and the dad. We will return with great pleasure
