Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Haus Marianne

12 Minuten oder 9 km vom Bodensee entfernt liegt unser gemütliches Landhaus mit großem Garten am Hang über Stockach-Zizenhausen. Die schöne Region Bodensee südlich vor uns und das Donautal nördlich hinter uns - das ist der ideale Ort für Ruhe, Wanderungen und Badeurlaub. Auch wenn es mal regnet, kann man viel unternehmen: Bodenseetherme Überlingen, Burgmuseum Meersburg, Schloss Langenstein mit Fasnachtsmuseum, Sealife und Shopping in Konstanz, Zeppelin- u. Dorniermuseum Friedrichshafen.

Relaxed living and working in a pleasant atmosphere. The bright apartment (45 square meters) is located in the basement of a modern residential building. Equipped with wooden parquet, underfloor heating and central ventilation. You have a magnificent view of the garden and the Swabian Alps. The house is conveniently located, Tübingen and Reutlingen are a 15-minute drive away, Stuttgart and the exhibition center are a 30-minute drive away.

Idyllic tiny house on Demeter farm

Welcome to our Demeter farm! We are a small family business specializing in the production of yogurt and fruit yogurt. Our farm is home to many animals, from horses, cows, sheep, pigs, chickens, pigeons, bees and dogs to cats. Our farm is located on the edge of a small village and is only about 14 km from Lake Constance. The farm is surrounded by nature and many beautiful things can be done in the region.

BodenSeele

Beautiful apartment in the second sea line with magnificent views of the lake and the Alps. Just a few steps to the lake. The balcony and the terrace invite you to sit outside and grill. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge/freezer leaves nothing to be desired. A ping pong table, pool table and washer/dryer can be used. The electric car can also be charged.

Apartment Lupfen

The spacious apartment is located in a quiet detached house and has a 1.40 m bed. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. fridge and dishwasher. Inside and outside (small terrace) there is a table with two chairs. The bathroom is as new and modern as the rest of the apartment. A TV with Magenta TV (standard channels) and a FireTV Stick (own access data required) are at your disposal.

Very large and family friendly apartment

Enjoy this comfortable and very large holiday apartment, which is very child-friendly with beautiful garden, toys for inside and outside and a lot of children's books. The area is very quiet and offers hikes starting straight from the house. A big and sunny balcony with a nice view offers eating and drinking outside
