Holiday rentals with a patio in Emsworth

What a fantastic find, so close to the sea, pub locally for food and a fish and chip van too. The accommodation was spotless and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a wonderful few days thanks and hope we’ll be back again soon.

Monika and family were great hosts. The apartment was perfectly placed to explore all the lovely places to eat and visit in Portsmouth. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had all you could need to be comfortable. Monika and her family made the whole process very easy, they were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again :)

Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Sarah and Mark are absolutely amazing hosts, I was welcomed into a beautiful annexe with a hamper of goodies. Sarah was incredibly kind and went out of her way to help me and my wife, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a weekend break - it’s an absolute treasure and beautiful property. Well recommended! ☺️

Really nice host and lovely place to stay

Great location which is at the end of harbour road and very peaceful. View is great and nature reserve is really pretty. All amenities were exactly as described. All the vintage games consoles et. Makes the place very unique and quirky. 1 minute walk to the beach which is also quite unique in the way it has been shaped by the sea. Shops 10 minutes walk. Pubs 20 minutes walk.

Thanks to Wendy and Barry for a lovely stay at The Hideaway. It is a delightful little place and they have thought of every practical thing needed for a comfortable stay, including some welcome treats! We have no hesitation in recommending The Hideaway for a break in Hampshire.

Great private location, fast WiFi (important as we were working) and a clean apartment! Check in was super easy and Sophie was very clear with instructions on how to find the place and how to check in/out. View of the fields/horses from the back were the highlight and hearing the birds in the morning!

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. Beth's place is fantastic. The beautiful views through the big picture window were just amazing. The house is lovely with many thoughtful touches. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. I would highly recommend Beth's place to anyone visiting the island. It's a great base to get around and a lovely place to come back to.

Roxanne really is a 5 star host. she made our stay easy and stress free. really felt like a home from home! the kids had so much to entertain them and it was completely kitted out with everything we needed. the caravan is lovely and comfortable. if we ever need somewhere to stay in Portsmouth we will definitely be choosing Roxanne!

This was the perfect short break in a cracking location. My teenage daughter and I did some lovely walks, sat at the windmill at sunset, sketched at the ruined Abbey, went to Chichester for lunch via bus. Everything was just so easy and the house was impeccably clean, with beautiful quality furnishings and a really welcoming feel to it. We loved it. Thank you!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family (5 people) and our dog! Charlie was extremely helpful and responsive before and after check-in with local recommendations and assistance with the house. He responded immediately when there was confusion over the wifi password (it had been changed!) and helped us set the right temperatures on the thermostat remotely. He also left goodies in the kitchen for us, our 2 children and our pup, all of whom were very happy! The house was in an excellent location and near wonderful nature reserves, towns, beaches and castles. We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay and would highly recommend his place!

We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon

The cottage is very tastefully decorated and has everything you could want. Sandwiched by two pubs and within easy walking distance from all the amenities and attractions, highly recommend this place.

very relaxing beautiful surroundings, loved the bedroom with double aspect views and bed was so comfortable. Great shower. we did find the armchairs a bit low but then we are 'getting on'.Good choice of eating places in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Goldeneye was the perfect place for our puppy’s first staycation! Rob went over and above to provide instructions and excellent recommendations, sending all information across ahead of our visit. All of the little touches for us we truly appreciated. Area is perfect for a seaside trip, very dog friendly and the apartment was perfect size. Would 100% recommend, thanks Rob!!

This is a wonderfully, fabulous gem of a place! Very rarely do I give full-5-star reviews, across every category, but this AirBnB scored 5 stars all the way! It's a wonderfully quiet, very beautiful location, surrounded by exotic and lush vegetation. It is spotlessly clean, excellent facilities -all you need for showers etc and lots of lovey teas, coffees and basics for breakfast, with wonderful cooking facilities, if one was so inclined! There are lovely shampoos, lotions etc, in the bathroom, games to play, excellent local amenity directories, that Vikki has collated, - and lovely views of the Sea. What a joy. Thank you. Pippa

Our 2nd time staying at one of Dans properties and we will definitely be back again. Seamless from start to end, the apartment was immaculate and had such a homely feel to the place. Perfectly located for transport link, covenience stores, takeaways and close to Gunwharf Quays shopping complex. Clear check in instructions and very wasy to find. Thanks again Dan! We had a lovely stay at John & Lynn’s place! They were very accomodating and arranged an early check in for us. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, including a well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfy too! The area was lovely, quiet but close to the main area. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This apartment really is a home from home. It had absolutely everything you could need for a getaway, it was cleaned spotlessly and was so comfortable! There was a guest book with all of the information that you would need, which was so useful too. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was a peaceful and beautiful apartment and would love to stay here again 😊

We booked the Lobster Pot for my wife’s 50th birthday. It was the perfect venue, location (very close proximity to the beach and restaurants). It was exactly as the description and immaculately clean. The hosts were very proactive before, during and after, which helped contribute to the perfect trip.
