We had an absolutely amazing stay at Amy's home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spacious layout, the well-equipped kitchen, and the clean, refreshing pool. Whether it was a sunny afternoon or a rainy morning, the house offered the perfect space to relax and enjoy our time together. One of the highlights was the pellet stove — it added such a cozy touch to our stay, and we loved it so much we nearly used all the pellets! Every detail in the house was thoughtfully maintained, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into keeping everything in excellent shape. Amy’s hospitality truly stood out. She responded promptly and thoughtfully to every question we had, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We all really appreciated her attentiveness and the welcoming atmosphere she created. Excellent place to be with a big family! Clean and big nice place

If you’re looking for an affordable, immaculate, spacious place that’s perfectly situated in country serenity, yet conveniently close to just about every creature comfort…look no further! This home is gorgeous. The pics don’t even capture how open and welcoming it truly is. The location… felt very safe, private, quiet, breathtaking farm views anytime of day but highly recommended enjoying your am coffee on the front porch. From Prairie Base, it’s hard to believe town is only about 7 mins away. My family stayed with Amanda and Travis for my daughter’s basic training graduation at Ft. Leonard Wood. Easy access to the Hwy and an easy 40 min straight shot. The hosts - Communication check in/out instructions were timely and clear. Travis even took time out to provide us with some ranching advice and education. We are highly satisfied with our stay and if life brings us back to the area, we’ll book again!

Linda’s home is a peaceful retreat with top notch amenities. We would love to come again. The hot tub, swimming pool, and outdoor areas are comfortable with ample seating and shelter with shade if desired. The host was warm and fast with any responses to my inquiries. The space has comfortable seating, a comfortable bed and is more than adequately equipped for about anything. Great forethought and love clearly have gone into this serene home.

This was our second time staying at this location and, like the first time, we had an awesome time. Loved the indoor pool! Great atmosphere, clean home, and plenty of space for 9 people. The separate cabin by the lake is an added bonus.

Monica was an amazing host, we enjoyed our stay. Monica was helpful with everything. The place was quiet and peaceful. The drive to town wasn’t back either. We wanted to stay longer but it was booked already, wish is understandable due to the place and location. We would stay again if it was available later.

Rachel was an amazing host. She was very attentive and helpful and was always available to meet our needs. She even went the extra mile and put a basketball banner inside the house because we were visiting for a local basketball tournament.

well to start off Clearwater is beautiful. all of southern Missouri is. rolling hills. small towns. wildlife. I love it down there Everytime I go. they have PRE CHOPPED WOOD FOR YOU. at the air BNB. which was awesome and a decent little BBQ pit nothing fancy. but it was great. nice kitchen, living room and bathroom. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to come down and go fishing or fourwheeling!!

This is one of the best places my family and I have stayed among many Airbnb experiences. If you're looking for a peaceful country setting that is quiet and relaxing this is the place for you. Everything about the property was prefect for our stay. The house is spacious, clean, and was extremely comfortable for our group of five. The focus of our stay was to float the Jacks Fork and Current Rivers, which are just a short drive from this property. The Peck Ranch Conversation Area is also a very easy drive from the house for viewing wildlife and enjoying the forest in this region. John, the host, takes great pride and care of his property and it was a pleasure talking with him. He is very responsive and ensured that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property and will make this my first choice of places to stay when I visit the area again.

This cabin is perfect! Close to river outfitters, beautiful views, equipped with everything you need. Would book again!

Always a good place to rest your head after being on the river for a few days.

It's a nice clean house and a nice yard. Good place for a couple to stay or a family. Far enough off the highway don't have to worry about the traffic. Stephen was always checking to make sure everything was satisfactory. Good place to stay.

We had a lovely stay at Teresa's place. It's charming, quiet, and has great views of beautiful horses and a pond. We slept very well in the peaceful master bedroom. Teresa was very friendly, helpful and Kind. We would stay again!

A beautiful house on a secluded acreage! Tons of amenities. Classic charm of a beautiful farm home. We loved the bbq and the huge fire pit. Great place to bring family or a group of friends. Really enjoyed our time there.

Amber and Rocky were great hosts and the place was so beautiful. The cabin had everything we needed for a great stay. Our fur babies had a great time also. I would recommend staying here to everyone. In fact, hoping to go back soon. Also, the cabin is not very far from stores, restaurants, etc. If you are looking for a great place to stay where it feels like home, but is really far away from the reality of home, this would be the perfect place for you.

Beautiful property, secluded and great views from the hot tub. House is large and plenty of space, along with lots of essentials to use in the kitchen. Host was friendly and responsive. We had a blast spending a rainy weekend here!

We enjoyed our stay here so much. The place is so beautiful. Our kiddos went swimming in the creek, we had kickball games in the large yard, had a bonfire every night and grilled outside. We put up a tent in the yard and when weather allowed some of the kiddos stayed outside. It’s so close to 34 bridge recreation area so we were able to enjoy that area as well for a few hours when we had some nice weather. It was a rainy weekend but we would definitely come back. It was so nice to unplug and enjoy each others company.

Rebecca is a fantastic host. the house is as described. Peaceful area away from town but still within driving distance to several locations. Took my family and grandkids down all had fun and didn't want to leave, felt at ease and at home as soon as we arrived. We will definitely book with Rebecca again.
