It is within walking distance to the Wet Spot, William’s Gas Station and close to the Cross Country Trail Ride. Whether you desire to relax on the porch, float the river, ride ATVs or horses this is the perfect location. Ample parking with a pull through drive. NOTE: There is one king bed. Then there is a queen fold out memory foam mattress that can be placed on the living room floor.

This former dairy barn sits on a farm that has been in our family for 150 years. It was our dream to turn it into a cozy, comfortable home that could be enjoyed by anyone needing a quiet country getaway. We are located close to Big Piney River, with river access from almost any direction, Piney River Brewing Company, Big Piney Sportsman's Club, Mark Twain National Forest and about 45 minutes to hour to several accesses on the Current and Jacks Fork Rivers.

It sits in a peaceful wooded setting 2 miles down a quiet country road surrounded by peaceful pastures and woodlands. A unique & tranquil place. Emily's Cottage and Leona's Cottage are separated by a grove of trees allowing privacy for both but close enough to have family/friend gatherings that can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
