Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Emerald Isle

We really enjoyed our stay, great location, beautiful home, everything and more that we needed for a week in the beach. Perfect for our family getaway. There was a minor hiccup with the cleaning service when we arrived but Michael went above and beyond to get the situation rectified right away! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

What a delightful experience! The house was as advertised and more. Kate provided many thoughtful touches (easy entertainment navigating, extra kitchen and food treats, fully stocked kitchen and cooking aids, games, beach supplies), which were wonderful surprises. She operates a pet friendly house, with pet supplies too. The location is marvelous, and the Surf City beaches are wonderful. She truly is a five star hostess, and this lovely home is perfect for a family/pet holiday.

My family and I loved the whole house and the golf cart. We traveled all the way from Illinois and felt right at home along with our dog Ella. This was both our two daughter’s first time at the beach/ocean and the house was a quick trip to the beach using the provided golf cart and we all loved our rooms. Emerald Isle is a beautiful place and would love to visit again.

This was my second stay here and I will definitely be back again. This is just an exceptional location in Emerald Isle and an all-around great value. I would rank this far above many of the front row houses that are more expensive and usually duplexes. This house has unique landscaping with old growth trees surrounding the second level for privacy and shade, while still having a beach view from the third level porch. You will enjoy an easy, short walk to the beach access. You are right off coast guard road with easy access to everything else EI has to offer. It's hard to beat.

Wonderful girls weekend at the beach. 3 of the 4 bedrooms had ocean views. Spent most of our time lounging in the chairs on the decks!

The house was perfect for a quick weekend getaway! We loved how close it was to the beach & was still peaceful.

This was a perfect house for our six adults and four young children. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was very well supplied, the couch was super comfy, and having the beach access and deck views was amazing!

Being on the beach was awesome! We enjoyed sunrises from the hot tub, going right down our stairs to the sand, walks to the pier, evenings on the deck… It was the perfect setting for our little reunion! The house is clean and comfortable with everything you might need. Location is also super convenient to food & coffee & seafood market. The only surprises were that our space was attached to another house (neighbors were very quiet, respectful, and friendly) and that we had to make our own beds upon arrival and remove bedding before check out. Overall, Emily’s house made our time with people we love even more fun & easy! She was a communicative, helpful host and we appreciate her sharing her home!

The Seahorse Castle was perfect for 2! Clean, plenty of dishes and kitchen must haves, a soakable sized tub, decorated with beachy vibes, and just as described. If you have 4x4 I recommend Fort Fisher to drive out and set up on the beach. We had an amazing time, ate good food, heard live music, went to CB market around the lake Saturday morning, and can’t wait to return! Jeanette’s place will always be special to us, we got engaged! 💕 Kelly & Pauly

Great beach access…the unit was very clean. Had a view of ocean and felt safe in neighborhood. Was not but a block or two from shops. Overall thought unit was a little larger but it was sufficient for the 3 of us. We had a nice time!

Great place to stay! Jarrod and his wife were very friendly and responsive with any questions on the app. They even let us check in early. Accommodating bikes was so thoughtful and fun for us as we biked to coffee places and lunch. We kayaked to palm tree island and that was so much fun! It’s also a great location to walk to the beach as well! The balcony was so peaceful in the morning and at night. 10/10 experience and first time vacationing to Wilmington. Will 100% come back!

We enjoyed our stay here! The beach supplies were amazing, and we had everything we needed for traveling with our toddler. One thing to note is you do have to put the sheets on the beds yourself. That wasn’t clear in the listing, and we waited until we were exhausted to do it later that night which wasn’t very fun. But very minor action in what was a wonderful family vacation with great views!

My husband and I enjoyed spending the weekend here for a wedding! The apartment is beautifully situated over the water with an amazing view. Right near the apartment is a local place to get drinks. The apartment is walking distance to everything, but also far enough where we didn’t hear a lot of noise. Aubrey was very responsive and gave explicit directions. It was helpful to have the parking garage which wasn’t far away at all! We also appreciated the “manual” with recommendations for local favorites including shopping and restaurants! The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our long weekend stay - the location was perfect, with restaurants, shopping and beach access within steps. Very convenient and felt safe to walk around with our son, both morning and at night. The dedicated parking spots, along with generous beach day and in-unit amenities were very much appreciated. The morning and evening views from the balcony were peaceful - by far one of our favorite long weekend memories as a family. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach trip location with responsive, welcoming hosts. We will be booking again!

Stayed here for about a week for a romantic getaway with my partner. The place was beautiful and just like the pictures. Very close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. It was so clean and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay for our family, bunk beds were a big plus, and beach chairs, boogie board, and pool noodles left were an awesome bonus.

Great place to stay. Very relaxing. High tide is right up to the sandbags so you can access the beach until later in the morning which was fine for us. After that the beach is open all day. Highly recommend this place. We will be back.

Great apartment with a perfect location. The balcony had amazing views. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and easy to find. Free parking about two minute walk away. The apartment was walking distance from great restaurants and bars.

My eighth stay in this lovely condo, and I have my next reservation made. I love this place and I feel fortunate to be able to visit. Highest possible rating for hospitality every visit.

This was a wonderful experience for my husband and me. Amazing location...5 minute walk to Atlantic Beach, very quiet location, accessible to all that the area has to offer. Karen was so helpful, pleasant and responsive. The compact apartment had everything that we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and the apt. was immaculate. Having free parking right outside our door was bonus. Thank you for offering this special spot. We will highly recommend to others.

Great place and host! Location is great and we walked to the beach everyday. We liked the overall quietness of the area too.
