Apartment exactly as in the photos, clean and well located. All new and tidy:towels and sheets; full cleaning supplies; glasses, plates and cutlery. We have nothing to complain about. Excellent apartment.

Perfect the apt, accommodated my family well, the coming and going to the Albert Einstein Hospital we did it on foot. Super convenient the environment and more the location.

The stay was great. The host gave us clear instructions and the arrival was very smooth. For us who went to the show at Morumbi Stadium, it was the best possible option! Flawless accommodation. We recommend it and will be back.

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

What an amazing space! There's no better definition for this accommodation. I booked the space for a birthday party, and I was able to accommodate just over 30 people (including guests and buffet staff). From the beginning of the reservation, I had an excellent interaction with Ana and her daughter Vitória. They even offered a lot of support to the buffet staff. The place is easily accessible, close to SP at Km21, we had no difficulty with traffic or with the arrival. Still, we received detailed instructions from Ana that made the arrival even easier. Finally, it is noted that it is an extremely well cared for, well-equipped space, which conveys in the details the affection and zeal of the hosts. I loved the space, the guests loved it and we all had a wonderful afternoon/evening!

Daniel's place was great. Very conveniently located with easy access to main roads to get around SP and many restaurants walk distance. The building was also very organized and their staff very friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved having the little grocery stores nearby. We appreciated having AC and fans in the bedrooms.

Mr. Luiz was a great host. Cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Everything clean and organized. Although the house was on the same ground we had privacy and our pet was super comfortable even with the presence of the host's dogs on the spot, they are all super docile. We hope to return in a next opportunity!!!

It was one of the best places I've ever stayed! Liana is extremely attentive, very friendly and helpful. It was all very peaceful, I really enjoyed it and if I need to go back to SP, I will certainly consider staying with her again. Market nearby, extremely quiet neighborhood, everything very easy. It's certainly worth it! I even forgot a piece of wet clothing in the apartment and she is being very helpful to return it to me, she didn't make it difficult at all, just a great person! 🥰

We had an amazing stay at Maurilio’s apartment! The modern design is beautiful, and the apartment looks exactly like the photos, if not better. It was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed. Maurilio was an outstanding host, extremely friendly, responsive, and flexible. His fluency in English was a huge plus for us as we don’t speak Portuguese, and he made everything easy and stress-free. Initially, we rented the apartment for a week, but we loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay for the next few months. The location, comfort, and Maurilio’s excellent hospitality exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting São Paulo!
