Larissa and Francisco were always on standby, responding quickly when we needed them. We will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity. I highly recommend it!

The apartment and the amenities were amazing! The location was perfect as it was near a subway, a grocery store, and a shopping center. The host was very communicative whenever we had questions. My favorite part was the view from the apartment. It was simply spectacular! I spent so much time looking out the windows at the beautiful view. We will definitely be back next year.

Very cozy space that conveys peace. Our family days were very nice in Leonora's place. Warm shower and great pressure, super comfortable bed, fresh and smelling bedding and towels, full kitchen, beautiful decor and great communication with the host. I recommend hosting.

The apartment is perfect for those looking for a complete, cozy space, and, as a bonus, a gourmet balcony with a whirlpool. During our stay, the environment had that delicious smell of cleanliness, which makes all the difference. Débora was super helpful and attended to us very promptly. The condominium is delightful, very well maintained, with complete leisure areas — the gym is well equipped and the indoor pool with a hot tub is beyond comment. It's the kind of place that, even if you live in the capital, is worth reserving a few days to get out of the routine. Without a doubt, will come back!

My boyfriend and I stayed for five days and, from the beginning, we were very well received by Ivone. Communication was clear and efficient, and the apartment met our expectations well: it is comfortable, clean, organized and offers some very useful extras, hygiene items, sugar and coffee. During the stay, we noticed some points that may be important for future guests. There is a frequent noise coming from the trains and, occasionally, piano sounds and movements from the apartment above. We also had a small difficulty with the use of access tags: we used the lower entrance at night and, as the same tag did not allow both of us to enter at the same time, my boyfriend had to go around to the other entrance, which generated some concern about security. In addition, requests by app need to be informed in advance to the host so that the entrance is released, which can generate some discomfort due to the constant dependence on communication. I recommend the stay

Great place to stay and support.

Second time I stay in the studio and again I left satisfied. Everything clean and with quality. I just don't recommend it for those who want to go out nearby, but as I got around using mobility apps, it wasn't a problem for me. In addition, the hosts were very kind in making the check-in and check-out times more flexible to be more convenient with my flight schedules.

We had a fantastic 4-night stay at this great apartment in São Paulo with my dad and three teenage sons while visiting friends in the city. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing and convenient stay. Juan, the host, was incredibly friendly and proactive. He made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The condo itself is top-notch, with amazing amenities: a state-of-the-art gym, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, game room, playground, and even a small basketball/soccer field. We especially loved the direct access to a supermarket from the back entrance-super convenient! There’s also a cozy coffee place downstairs, which was perfect for a quick breakfast or afternoon break. The location is excellent, with easy access to Marginal Pinheiros and just a few minutes from Shopping Eldorado, Shopping Iguatemi, and many great restaurants and bars in the area. Highly recommend this place for families or anyone looking for comfort & convenience

Very clean, organized place. The apartment had everything you needed (equipped kitchen, laundry... ) A good grocery store in the building, so it meets the needs! I recommend it! You can book it!!

For those who go to a Morumbis show, I venture to say that there is no better place available, leave the show with more than 65,000 people and was on Airbnb in less than 10 minutes. It is literally in front of the stadium. I felt very safe in the condominium, very complete, I used the gym the days I stayed without any problems, I found the area safe. A very good point was the grocery store that is inside the condominium, my experience was a few survival markets to buy frozen food or something of extreme need and only, but this even bakery has, so every morning you have the option to buy warm bread and several other bakery items without leaving the condominium. In the most Cristiane was requested, the registration with the condominium staff was very quick too, the accesses are all very good. Another addendum is that the condominium is very beautiful.

The apartment is very well located and easy to find. The staff are friendly and pleasant. The AP was spotless. It is very close to Vibra SP and has many options for restaurants, bakeries and has a Pão de Açúcar market next door. There is also parking available.

Accommodations as per listing. Beginning with cordiality, education and excellent service from the hostess to the site's staff. Great location, 30-second sugar loaf, steakhouse with excellent cost benefit at 3 minutes, pharmacy 5 minutes and subway station a 12-minute walk. It's easy to stay in town. At other opportunities in the area, I'll go back to looking for the location.

Everything was perfect in our 2-day stay at Mrs. Rafaela's Studio. The place is exactly as the photos and description. Great location. Sheets, towels and rooms all clean. The shower is great with warm water. Check in went smoothly. Friendly and very helpful condominium staff. There is a market very close by. I would recommend and would return to staying at another opportunity.
