Wren's Nook

CaitlinRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Had a great stay, received a warm welcome with Wine, Crackers and Cheese. Was given clear instructions on how to get to the cottage, how to enter, all the local amenities and how to use all the facilities. Was the perfect cottage for our trip, 5 Adults and a fox terrier. Great location, a shortish walk to dunstanburgh castle, Caster and close to Alnwick by car. The cottage had everything we needed for the weekend and would highly recommend.

Northern Hideaways, Greyfield House

AmyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We recently had a lovely weekend break at Greyfield House. The place was perfect for us. A huge driveway big enough for all 3 of our cars, a spacious living area and nice kitchen, and an added bonus that there was a secure garden for our dogs. The house was so convenient for us as it was in Alnwick and also in between Bambrugh and Alnmouth which were the places we wanted to visit that weekend. Ideal location and a very nice house. Chris was also the perfect host, replying to any questions we had almost immediately. Would highly recommend and would definitely like to stay again.

As described by Helen, very simple to enter, find your way around and get settled quickly. Really quiet, nice to sit in the back garden and have a morning coffee.

Cottage by beach, golf & castle

WillowRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Nicky's coastal cottage strikes the perfect balance between cosy and contemporary, tastefully furnished and oozing rustic charm - we felt right at home in the quaint pad by the beach. Flooding the cottage with natural light, the windows provided a fresh and open feel whilst offering stunning views of the rolling fields and Dustanburgh castle perched on the cliffside. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach, having the coast on our doorstep was such a treat which we took full advantage of with stunning strolls in both directions. Retiring to the sparklingly clean kitchen after our days of exploring the beautiful area, we spent our evenings cooking and playing card games around the table - a perfect way to unwind and relax after a day of roaming the sand dunes. As coffee drinkers we made full use of both the Moka pot and Cafetière, spending our mornings sipping coffee in the secluded, sun trap garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cottage, Nicky's hosting was spectacular!

RachelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A home from home. This stay was fantastic. Attention to detail was fabulous, stunning views and little gifts for the children, snack box, everything we needed was there. Quiet and relaxing. We hope to venture back in the future. Genevieve was also really responsive to any questions, very kind and helpful.

We loved our stay at Signal House. House is absolutely beautiful. It’s in such a lovely location with fantastic views along the coastline. Easy to walk into Amble or along coastal path in both directions. House amazing, spotlessly clean. We hope to come back some time. Thankyou Tracey for a great stay x

Bankside 7 luxury lakeside treehouse and hot tub

JodieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Absolutely stunning, only downside was it’s difficult to control the hot tub heat and was far to hot (45 degrees) then took ages to cool down so we gave up. So if using the hot tubs take the lid off and turn it off for a while before planning on using its
