A large driveway provides ample parking and room to easily turn around. 3 pets max Across the street, is a 36 hole public golf course, Bob O Link. This home sits on Route 83 Your stay awaits!

Second-floor, 2-bedroom apartment, on-site parking for two (passenger-size) vehicles. No garage space is available. No pets and no smoking. Two queen beds. Smart TV, but no cable (guests use their own passwords). Front-door access has evening lighting with a lockbox for self-check-in. Washer/dryer are available off-site (coin-operated, located in adjacent apartment building - key to access provided). Occasional and limited train noise from 1/4 plus miles away. Our office is on the 1st floor.

With plenty to do here, this timeless, newly renovated cottage surely will not disappoint for some lovely time away!

This newly renovated and well appointed home will make you feel like you never left yours. Enjoy each others company in the Open Living/Dining Area. The large kitchen is ready to accommodate a quick bite- or a full on feast. The 3 bedrooms upstairs all have their own Roku Tv. The Lower level has access to the back yard and patio, and also hosts the laundry room, a half bath, and a bonus living area (doesn't comfortably accommodate people over 6 ft in height due to lower ceilings).

This country property features self contained utilities including a water well, sanitation and electricity. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and baked goods from our farm kitchens.

Located just 1 mile from the freeway, you'll feel like you're on a peaceful retreat in the park, yet still within a short distance to all the city's top attractions; including Miller Nature Preserve, Avon Brewing Company, Avon Community Waterpark, Play CLE, & Lake Erie. We just purchased this amazing property in March. It is conveniently located 35 minutes from both Cedar Point and Cleveland. Beautiful Lakeview Beach is 12 minutes away. You will be staying in the adorable, second floor studio apartment with a private porch and entrance. The property features 1.4 acres of privacy, a screened in gazebo, a sauna, firepit and tons of parking. We will continue to update the space and the property. We look forward to hosting you!

Abby's Special Retreat is on the lake, the entry door is 5' above and 80' away from today's lake level. Great views of Lake Erie in all directions from our viewing platform. Also our private beach is available. Beautiful sunrise and sunset experiences. You will have your own private apartment and quiet space. Small dogs and cats are welcome.
