Beautiful cosy Shepherds Hut with views over the local countryside. We have recently installed a wood burning hot tub! No water jets or flashy lights or music, just rustic charm to relax in. This does need to be booked in advance, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required at a charge of £40. We will have the water heated to around 40c for your arrival, this temperature will be maintained for several hours but if you would like to top up the heat you are welcome to light the woodburner.

This is a quiet, peaceful and friendly small site which, whilst being 2 minutes from the beach, is also 5 minutes from the local shops, pubs and many restaurants in the town. With ample parking, WIFI, a smart TV, DVD, double glazing and central heating, this is a cosy space to sit and watch the sea and it's wildlife.

This old railway house is situated at the Ulgham Grange Railway crossing within the beautiful Northumberland country side with access to lovely walks straight out the door. We have the pleasure of seeing classic steam engines such as the Royal Scot travelling passed from the comfort of the upstairs bedrooms. Very clean beaches of Cresswell and Druridge bay are easily accessible by car and bicycle.

No stagg or hen parties, no smoking and no pets.

What a place. Very spacious with lots of parking. Private and not overlooked. The house has everything you could need and was perfect for our party of 12. And for such a large group it had bags of space, it really does cater for the larger group, nothing was squeezed in. Joy, the main contact during your stay, is friendly and quick to respond.

We had a great stay at Granary Cottage. We were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, no traffic noise. Bed was lovely. Very good location for getting to the coast, and torist spots near the A1. We visited lots of coastal and inland places, favourites were Cragside and Holy Island. Thank you.

The house was really lovely with everything we needed and more. Lyn had thought of everything for both humans and dogs and she had also provided an extremely generous and much appreciated welcome hamper. The hot tub and pool table were a big hit with the young (and not so young!) adults in our party and the garden was fantastic for the dog. The surrounding area is beautiful and we were able to do many dog walks in the local area. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to revisit it at some point!

We really enjoyed our stay at the bungalow. It had everything we needed and we really liked the thoughtful touches like a nightlight and tupperware which made it a home from home. The house was well kept with a lovely garden and plenty of space. The area was lovely and peaceful and only a 5 minute drive from the beach (with an excellent ice cream shop). Paula left loads of helpful suggestions of local things to do and was quick to respond to texts. We would definitely stay again in the future if we are in the area.

myself and 2 friends, were on a 3 day, cycling holiday and all of us agree , the cottage was above expectations. lovely decor and all very modern and new . bathroom was very classy. location was excellent for walks along the beach and plenty of local shops, greengrocer, bakery, co-op right over the road. lots of good pubs, especially recconenf, Porters , for great beer and excellent food. Cresswell arms, excellent quirky pub, well worth a visit
