this house was extremely convenient for going to the beach, especially considering it came with a cart to haul all your chairs and beach things… such a short walk to the ocean! we loved our stay, nothing we’d change!

Maureen was flexible with us checking in 2hrs early. The house was clean! We got to explore the area, not much to do, but it was peaceful. Be sure to check out the trail by the COA! It was beautiful! The big fenced yard was a great addition for we had our dog with us. The pool was an added bonus! However, there was no “active pool cleaner” and there were a lot of bugs and dirt from the trees on the water—which was understandable. Other than that, everything was great! Felt right at home! We had such a great time during this stay! Great amenities, easy to find, and great location. Was very easy to get to the beach and very private. The house was clean and very comfy!

Was a wonderful place to stay for a week. Loved that we could have our pets with us and cook home cooked meals. Would stay again when i need a home away from home

We had a fantastic stay here! The home is beautifully decorated and modern, an easy walk to two public beach access points, and easily walkable to a few coffee shops, ice cream, etc. The updated bathrooms felt like a hotel, kitchen was large and well-stocked, and living room was a cozy spot for us all to hang out- perfect size for our family of 4 with two teenagers. We loved being able to bring our pup- most pet-friendly rentals are not this beautiful, so thank you! Finally, Nichole and Fady were super easy to work with and went above and beyond, offering quick suggestions for local services that were needed. We would definitely rent again when back in Nags Head!

Great place for small family or two couples. Space was well decorated and cared for, very clean. Great fenced in backyard.

We loved that we were able to walk to the beach and to the bay. Also loved the beach parking pass to give us the option to drive to the beach. We used the beach chairs, boogie boards and bicycles and all of them were fantastic! Very comfortable house, felt right at home there. Perfect house for a family to use. Also very helpful that Target, Publix and tons of restaurants were very close.

Would definitely come back!! Beautiful views and sounds of the ocean waves crashing from the deck. The bed was extremely comfortable. The pool, and all of the beach gear made our stay so nice! We saw wild horses every day of our stay here. Special place and home!!

Hands down my favorite stay in the OBX, great location, perfect for my puppy, can walk to the beach, local convenience store/food. Host was amazing gave me great recommendations!

Second year staying here!! Absolutely perfect for our family! Loved the updated inclosed stairway going down into the backyard/pool area, made taking our dogs out much more convenient. Love this house and its surroundings! From the walk to the beach or short drive to restaurants and activities this place has become one of our favorites! The hosts are great and very responsive, the house is fresh and inviting, the backyard/pool area is private and peaceful and the location is great! Will definitely be visiting again in the future!

Our stay at changing tides in the Outer Banks was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views and the short 30 second walk to the pristine beach. The house itself is a perfect blend of coastal charm and modern comfort, with a fabulous kitchen, hot tub, and very well appointed living spaces. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the thoughtful touches made our vacation effortless and relaxing. The location in Duck was ideal—close to local restaurants, shops, and attractions like iconic duck donuts haha, nearby cute places to eat , yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The host was incredibly responsive. We will definitely return.

This is an excellent location for the entire Outer Banks. Recommendations on things to do and places to eat were very good. The automatic lights for taking the dog out at night were perfect. Check in/out instructions were very detailed. Jenna & Tim were great hosts. Lots of amenities and great layout. Lots of fans, lighting and outlets. We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. When we return to the Outer Banks this will be the first place we look for availability. We had such an amazing time here! She was quick to respond and the place was beautiful! The backyard was perfect for our toddler to play in and I really appreciated that there was a baby gate for upstairs. We will definitely be coming back!

Shelli went over & beyond to make sure our stay went smooth. She responded to any of our needs very promptly. The Airbnb felt cozy yet spacious enough for 3 adults & our golden retriever. We would all stay there again.

Had a great time fishing here!! The place had a well stoked kitchen and a nice grill! There's also another fishing area nearby by car that was great too!

We needed a place to stay for a couple nights while working on a job in Elizabeth City. Anthony’s place was available and he was able to fit us in on a days notice which was a huge help to us. Place was very clean inside and was just the right size for me and my crew to have our own space as well as somewhere to hang together after work. Would come back to stay again!

I had the most wonderful stay at The Cottage at Muddy Creek! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and so peaceful—exactly what I needed for a relaxing getaway. You can tell there was a lot of thought and care into every detail. The self check-in was super easy, and the views by the water were absolutely stunning. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, cozy escape. Can’t wait to come back!

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay. The outdoor space is gorgeous and we watched one of the most beautiful sunsets down by the water. The kids enjoyed fishing, although we didn’t catch anything. This place was a wonderful place to make memories that will last for a lifetime. Thank you Laura for sharing your home with others. ❤️

Wonderful stay. Hosts were very responsive, kind and went above and beyond. Clean, quiet, peaceful home with all the basics one would need (and then some). One of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at - you can tell the hosts actually care about providing a great visit. No detail was missed - it truly felt like a home away from home.

Anne and Carlos were incredibly responsive and attentive hosts, especially with helping us store our bikes. Their place was charming and the kitchen was well stocked!

From beginning to end this cottage is off the charts. Cute, unique, functiinal, confortable, well organized, thoroughly supplied and the location is private and beautiful.
