Holiday rentals with a kayak in Eleuthera

Jodi’s place is always five stars! This is my third time back and I will only stay here when I come to Rainbow Bay! Thank you Jodi for being such an amazing host!

We were blessed to go on this trip for my mom's 70th birthday and it did not disappoint! Jim & Mary were both incredibly helpful, communicative, and friendly and they have local support in the area to help you navigate your first day or so if needed. It is important to know that this location is not a tourist destination and you need to be ok driving, cooking, and enjoying their beautiful home and beach front property. The home is fully stocked with what you need to enjoy the water (paddleboards!) and to cook, sleep, and soak up the sunshine. The outdoor shower was a spa experience as you look out at the amazing lush yard. We highly recommend this unique, super-special stay in Eleuthera!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Jim's beautiful farmhouse! Jim couldn't have been more helpful and his quick communication made navigating our trip around Eleuthera that much easier. His home is uniquely designed and I appreciated the eclectic pieces that adorn his space. I had the best sleep that I have had in a long time at his home. The area is so peaceful and the bed and pillows were so comfortable that I am now looking to purchase the same models for my own home! The back patio was such a lovely space to drink coffee in the morning. My friend and I felt that we were high up in a forest surrounded by lush vegetation sitting there in the mornings. Such an idyllic, tranquil spot. I would definitely stay at Jim's home the next time I visit Eleuthera.

Sara was a gracious host. Her house was exactly as she described. It had everything needed for a fun day at the beach- chairs, umbrella, floats and coolers. She accommodated the change in my travel schedule and also allowed an early check in. We had a fantastic 18 night stay. This property is highly recommended, and I anticipate a stay in 2026.

Exactly as described. Hosts were great at communicating and response time was quick. All of our transportation needs were taken care of from the time we arrived until the time we left. Tyson and April exceeded all of our expectations. Will return.

Three little birds is absolutely magical. The house has so much charm, is decorated with so much love and comforted all our needs. We loved waking up hearing the birds, drinking coffee in the garden and watching the sunset from the roof terrace. The location was fantastic, away from the craziness but literally 5 min walking to get somewhere. The beach access was great, the access to ramora bay beach bar and marina was beautiful and the all the helpful tips from Tim made our stay truly incredible. Ow, did i mention the comfortable beds? And perfectly silent working AC? The spacious kitchen en all the boardgames in the livingroom? 5 stars and beyond❤️

Perfect! Cobalt Cottage was everything and more! We loved every moment we spent inside the cottage. Our kids enjoyed catching hermit crabs and playing on the slide / swings! The screened in porch was the place to be, and was so peaceful. Adrian, the property manager, was so helpful and made sure we knew where to go and how to get there; he even help set up a boating experience, it was amazing. It was nice having him close by, always ready to help if needed! We felt safe the entire time, and everyone on the island were so nice. We used Chad and Hope’s guide a lot, it was so helpful and informative. Everything we did was based on this guide and it did not steer us wrong! We will definitely be back; our kids (4, 7, 10) were so sad to leave, so were we!

This is our 2nd visit to Geaux Fish. We love how cozy and quaint this home is. The location is perfect - a couple minutes from the beach; is close to local restaurants. It’s quiet and clean and really feels like home away from home. Josh’s response time to messages is wonderful too. Spanish Wells is heaven on earth and we’re so happy we found Josh’s place to make the visit even better. Thank you for sharing your sweet home with us, Josh and Leigh. So looking forward to 2026!

Care is the thing that most comes to mind. The care that went into the home before our stay. The care that Torin and Joanne put into everything they do. The care we were treated with during the stay by both. Whether it was a great recommendation for home made pizza,setting up a golf cart for our extended stay or a recommendation to watch a YouTube video to catch up on current events. We truly felt cared and appreciated the conversation so much that we have already booked a return stay. Best equipped vacation home we have ever experienced. Thank you a million times over.

Our family could not have had a better time. Jody’s place did not disappoint and exceeded expectations. Taking my family of 6 to Spanish Wells kids aged 14,13,9,4 (turned 5 on the trip) was quite the adventure with a long journey to arrive. Because of this I had no shortage of questions for Jody. His responses were perfect, thoughtful, made sense, and most of all extremely quick. The house is beautiful, about a 1 minute walk to a beach you feel like is all yours, or 30 seconds if your one of my kids. But the walk was pleasant, peaceful, and was beautifully decorated for Christmas! Lit up wonderfully at night as well. So happy we picked Spanish Wells and could not recommend Turtle Cottage or any of Jody’s cottages on this stretch of heaven. I honestly could go on and on, they were helpful and flexible with travel woes, gave advice that was on point and just good people. Go here and don’t miss opportunity to be here during Christmas.

The place is more than beautiful. The property is located on a beachfront lot. The beach itself is really serene, we’ve seen only 3 people on it over the 4 days we’be passed there…. And it was Christmas… The villa is spacious for our party of two and could ideally accomodate a family. You’ll have every accessories you need to spend 2-3 weeks vacation there. We wish we’d book for longer but decided to visit a couple of Bahamian islands on our 10 day visit. There are lots of good restaurants nearby but a car is really a must if you want to reabh them easily. We liked afternoon munches at Potlatch Club, dinners at Bougainvillea and, of course, relax snacks at Tippy’s. Barbara is a great host and did everything she could to accomodate our (belated by the airline company) arrival and departure. Her manager, Winifred, is also really pleasant to deal with and efficent. I definetly would go again and recommend the place.

We loved our stay at Keith’s Airbnb. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and he had everything we needed to have fun on the water! From snorkel gear, to fishing poles, we had a blast. The kitchen was great for us to cook all our meals, and the diving right outside his place was wonderful. The balcony was perfect for watching the sunset, eating meals, and relaxing. We will be back and will recommend to all our friends in the future!

Our family had a wonderful week!We enjoyed the beach,had the best ocean view and very clean house with fresh linens and towels!!We enjoyed golf cart rides around the island.The host was always responsive and very helpful!We are definitely coming back!

Gail and Austin were both fantastic hosts. Very responsive and accommodating. The rental was next to their personal home on Russell island. Awesome private water access at the end of their road. Austin showed us around their garden and cut fresh fruit for us to try. The cottage is exactly as shown in the photos. Ac in every bedroom is nice. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the years, and with the recent renovations it’s even more beautiful than ever! Bonnie is super responsive, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend this rental, and will happily stay here again next time I’m in SW.

We had the best stay at Waters Edge! A perfectly comfortable classic Bahamian cottage with everything you could need. The stairs to the bedroom upstairs are a little steep with a low ceiling so keep that in mind for any older renters. We will be coming back!
