It has beautiful views of the palm grove of Elche. 15 minutes by car from the beach. The airport is 12 kilometers away, BUS 1A stops 15 meters from the apartment and the taxi is around 25 euros. There is also an urban bus stop 15 meters from the apartment to get around.

The colorful house

When we bought the house, the old owner had each wall painted a color, in a somewhat peculiar combination. Our children, then little ones, were gracious and they started calling it La casita de colores. Even though we have been refurbishing it to our liking, we have always tried to maintain that essence, combining color, functionality and harmony. We hope you like it!

This apartment is well located in a quiet area of the city center near the river. It has air conditioning in all rooms, full equipment for cooking, iron machine, 2 beautiful bathrooms, high speed internet and Netflix. The surroundings have all the services you need; supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, cinema, 24h shop. etc. Parking is included in the price.

Fantastic newly renovated apartment with everything brand new, a few minutes walk from downtown Elche. It has all the amenities, is very spacious and is made with a lot of love to make you feel at home. Close to the old town where you can visit both its tourist attractions and the atmosphere and leisure of the center without having to use a vehicle.

Beautiful apartment in the center of Elche

House is located in the center of Elche, next to the city hall. It is completely renovated and a very pleasant home has been created to spend some unforgettable days. Close to the Palmeral de Elche, (World Heritage Site) and with all kinds of shops in its surroundings. Beach is 15 minutes drive as well as airport.

The apartment is very big and you have everything you need there. Very close to restaurants and a few minutes from the center and it is very easy to take the bus to Santa Pola and Alicante. I arrived at 8 pm and it was fine. Everything was very simple with the check in and check out. I really recommend this place

The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos. It was very clean and big. Plenty of space and everything you need was present. Elche is a beautiful city. A little further from the beach, but you can see that in advance. In Elche, you can do plenty, and there is public transportation, making it easier to get to other places. The communication was nice and it was all easy to indicate to come in. All in all, a very nice accommodation!
