Great stay in a peaceful area, El Medano. Just a 30min cab to Las Americas, with more tourist options & nightlife. The actual stay was much better in El Medano and would recommend!

We enjoyed a three month stay at the apartment. We found it to be perfectly placed around the amenities and close to the beach. I will definitely consider returning once more .

Bea’s place has a wonderful outside area with the most scenic view of the water and cliffs. This is a great place to stay if you want to see the area, relax on the patio or hike some beautiful trails. We loved the entire condo and appreciated the welcome bottle of wine, assorted fruits and cookies! We would definitely return again.

We have stayed in the area before and love the beach,sunsets and local bars and restaurants. This was our first time in this apartment block and we really liked it.Clean,bright and airy(great themed rooms). Well equipped kitchen.Very detailed and useful manuals for the apartment use and trips on Tenerife. Ian was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

Vista Mar, Excellent waterfront condo with large pool area with a service resto& bar , this property is very clean and safe close to( walking distance 5to 8 minutes for groceries,and several restaurants 5to 10 euros by excellent taxi service. The south Tenerife airport is only 15-20 minutes away, The owner is very helpful plus all the information is on a picture frame, We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Brice

Naira's apartment in El Medano was a lovely place to stay. We enjoyed the balcony and the pool very much and would be delighted at the opportunity to stay there again.

The room was stylish and clean as pictured.The host was friendly and I had no problems.The sea was right in front of us, and it was very beautiful to see the sunset from the window.There was also plenty of parking space, so I didn't have any trouble.I want to stay the next time I come.

Fantastic apartment in a great location, and Kasia was a great host. Lots of lovely touches, like complimentary wine and nibbles, as well as basics in the kitchen, such as a selection of tea, coffees, and cleaning products with quality toiletries also. We had a great stay and would highly recommend Kasia and her apartment. The balcony was fantastic for sunbathing and relaxing, and offered great sunset views.

Rosy’s place was absolutely gorgeous. She was super friendly and helpful and the place was just as described. She went the extra mile and left us courtesy drinks and made herself available at all times. Top host!

It was a nice stay at Yves. The apartment was also well suited for our 1.5 year old son. With the car you were everywhere in no time and you can discover the island well. All communication went well and we look back very positively on our time in the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is exactly as described – well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, with a spacious terrace that's perfect for relaxing. There’s even Netflix available in English, which was a nice bonus. The swimming pool, located within the residential complex, was spacious and a great place to cool off. Although there is no private parking, we were always able to find a spot nearby without any trouble. Luca is an outstanding host. He welcomed us personally, helped us carry our luggage, and gave us excellent recommendations for local places to visit. He also provided a very helpful guidebook full of useful tips. As a lovely welcome gesture, he prepared wine and chocolates for us. He is incredibly kind, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We really valued the way he took care of us during our stay. Highly recommended!

We have just returned from a week staying at this property. From initial enquiry - check out Ruth was very friendly , helpful and available if needed. Ahead of going we received clear video instructions for collecting the key / entering the property and information about the apartment itself. As well as links to local attractions/ restaurants. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood with views of the mountain. It was a clean place with all the things you would need for a stay. Even little pots of olive oil which came in very handy ! The building has a lift which is very helpful especially with cases. Ruth recommended we took a taxi to the apartment as it's a bit hard going with cases. We took a bus and she was right it was a bit of a hill arriving but the bus stop is just a few mins away which is very convenient from the airport. It also was only 10-15 mins walk to the beach / shops and restaurants. We also particularly enjoyed the restaurant "k-vegan" which was local !

The apartment is really highly recommended. We were there as a couple with a toddler and had such a great vacation and felt very comfortable in the small but wonderful apartment. It offers everything you needed was clean and tidy, and we ate outside on the balcony almost every day which we were able to enjoy very much. The host and his friend are very friendly and we felt very welcome directly with a sweet gesture like cookies and wine.

Alejandro is a great host! Very friendly, responsive and always willing to help. He recommended great restaurants and places to visit, which really enriched our stay. Had a pleasant stay with our 4 year old and newborn. Nice Appartment, terrace and swimming pool. Supermarket across the street and beach and restaurants at short walking distance. Furthermore, Miguel is a very kind host. The kitchen could maybe use a bit more equipment like bread knives, some more bowls. But nothing that bothered us for our 3 night stay.

We had an amazing time at Fred’s apartment, hosted by the lovely Katia. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The apartment is spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, a super king-size bed, and a modern bathroom. The private rooftop terrace was our favourite spot—perfect for sunbathing, dining, and watching sunsets. The two shared pools were clean and quiet. Located in peaceful Palm Mar, the area has great restaurants, two nearby supermarkets, and is within walking distance to the beach and promenade. The apartment matched the photos exactly and felt like a true home away from home. Katia was a fantastic host—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. We had a relaxing, memorable stay and would love to return. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at the apartment. The location is great for exploring the island. The only drawback: it is very windy at the southern tip of Tenerife, so we could hardly use the beautiful outdoor area of the apartment and the beautiful natural beach la Tejita due to the permanently stormy winds.

Hello, we stayed in this beautiful apartment from 3/14 to 3/28/25. We felt right at home right from the start. The kitchen perfectly furnished with everything you need...great pan sharp knives everything. The apartment is very quiet and you can walk to the great beach. The bed is a dream a really good mattress. The host was also always available immediately. I highly recommend this apartment. There was also a space in the underground parking. The home is charming. The beds are huge and the terrace is a delight. The house has two floors, one bedroom is downstairs, and the other two are upstairs (which is where you enter). the common area and the pools are very good. The pool bar has a variety of drinks and the prices are right. good communication. There are bars and restaurants in the area but they are about 15m walk.
