Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in el Mareny Blau

Lovely weeks stay, really enjoyed being surrounded by the orange trees and two buildings worked really well for us with a beautiful patio in between where we had all of our meals! Very tidy and nice bedding etc, generally great facilities with some useful herbs/spices etc, only downside which we didn’t expect if you can hear the traffic from the road unfortunately but overall still peaceful and pool good for cooling down!

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

If I could give this place six stars, I would, and one extra just for Carmen’s smile alone. Staying at this Airbnb in Valencia felt less like booking a vacation rental and more like being lovingly adopted by the city itself. Let’s start with the location: perfection. You’re basically neighbors with the Mercat Central, which means every morning smells like fresh oranges and baked bread, and you’re steps away from all the magic; tapas bars, historic sights, and enough charming alleyways to get happily lost in at least once a day. Now, the apartment. Gorgeous. Bright, clean, full of character, and clearly designed by someone who loves the city and wants you to fall in love with it too. The kind of space that makes you pause mid-trip and say, “Do we have to go home?” But the real soul of this stay is Carmen. She’s not just a host, she’s a fairy godmother with Google Maps. The house is fantastic, we had a great time!

We loved the Villa! As a party of four adults and two toddlers the villa was almost completely ideal. No stairs, play equipment, pool, lots of space to look for dragons (supervised). The pool has a large shallow step for the kids to play, the sun loungers were really comfy and there’s a outside bathroom so you don’t need to get water all over the living room floor to go to the bathroom. Plenty of parking. The villa was immaculately clean and well furnished. Plenty of storage space. The bedrooms had great shutters to make it really dark. The host was incredibly quick at responding as well and shorting out any issues. The dishwasher got blocked and it was fixed within 12hrs! Unfortunately the Hottub was not working (the host was unaware of this). He again there was someone coming to look at it almost immediately. They couldn’t get the part in time for our stay but the host compensated us. He provided a really helpful video to find the place. In essence it was almost perfect

Very quiet and private. Everything was very clean and drinks were chilled for our arrival. A little noisy, so pack Oropax if you are sensitive to noise at night, as you can really hear the people above the accommodation very loudly. Fantastically beautiful view of the mountains. You have everything you need. Supermarkets can be reached quickly by car in Cullera. Beautiful beaches are also nearby. Camera pointed directly at the pool, I found it a bit difficult, but I think it only serves for security.

The place was spacious and comfortable as well as being very well equipped. The hosts provided amazing communication throughout our stay and answered any questions quickly.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Lola. Cat and Adam have furnished everything with a lot of love. Even the few house rules were creative and lovingly depicted in self-painted pictures. It was very clean and the surroundings were beautiful. Cat and Adam are very friendly and if our English was a little better, we would have liked to talk to them more. We can recommend Casa Lola 100% and have nothing to complain about. We hope to see you again.

Merche was very attentive at all times and 100% available. The apartment is very well maintained and very well located, in the Racó just 5 minutes walk from the beach, being able to choose between the Racó and Cap Blanc. It is a small development with a pool and very easy parking at the door. Everything was pristine, Merche and her husband were very kind and the apartment was even better than in the photos. Very large terrace, good ventilation, ceiling fans, air conditioning... everything we look for in the middle of summer. I'll repeat for sure.

Perfect stay to get recharged and spend time with family!

Had a fantastic stay in Inge’s apartment. Inge met us for check in and showed us around. The view from the lounge and balcony is amazing! Very comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

A beautiful apartment in a perfect location. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the square. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. Desiré is an excellent host who provided lots of very helpful information regarding transport, places to see and restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended and we would definitely return.

This apartment really is a very good place to stay. I cant say something bad about it. Everything about this wen smooth except for the entrance in the apartment that you have to type the code every time. for us it was definitely a 5 star stay.

this place is absolutely beautiful we loved it so much it was hard to leave the apartment. Conors had everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all needed to make a meal. Really a beautiful place and so comfortable.

From arrival to departure, our stay at Pilar's was excellent. We were warmly welcomed by her and received helpful tips and recommendations for our short break in beautiful Valencia. The apartment was sparkling clean and we immediately felt at home. You can get everywhere on foot in a short time, and it is also very easy to organize bicycles or taxis to explore the area. We felt very comfortable at all times and would definitely recommend the apartment. Thank you very much!

Impeccable and 100% functional apartment. Everything was very clean and the apartment is even better than in the photos. Eva was very helpful, let me check in early and responded quickly. I can completely recommend this apartment. From its new build to the efforts the owners put in on the small details to ensure you walked into a perfectly presented place to spend valuable vacation time. They took time out to welcome us and were considerate and responsive when questions asked. Beach access and walkable restaurants is within easy access . I noted the neatness and care and attention taken in the arrangement of the facilities. Also the welcome bowl of fruit, water in fridge and coffee/biscuits that were left for us. For those who want to mix restaurant eating and self catering, there is a supermarket in walking distance to stock up if needed . Would be happy to return to same place when visiting Valencia again in the future
