Excellent for singles or couples. The apartment is directly on the beach (rocks), which is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. You can access all the beaches (sandy and rocks) of this natural area and the city centre of historical Denia through a lovely seaside walkway.

Family apartment that we manage both my sister Mireia and I, Celia, in the Magnolia building on the Playa del Racó. 4th floor The apartment is small but has a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed in the living-dining room. It is very well lit, has tennis court and community pool. The beach is about 100m away and you can walk. There are two supermarkets nearby. The building has an elevator and ramp for people with reduced mobility. PETFRIENDLY!! 🐕🐈
