We had a great stay at Tom’s Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Everything was very clean and well prepared for our arrival. Tom was super responsive and replied to our messages quickly. The location is also really convenient — just a 15-minute walk to the city center and only 3 minutes to the nearest Consum market. Everything was fine with the apartment, we comfortably accommodated 3 adults and 2 children. A nice, clean, equipped apartment awaited us, we were very satisfied. It was a 2-minute walk to the beach. We had a good time!

The apartment was great – super clean, modernly furnished and very well equipped, including things useful for the beach. High-quality equipment and furniture, all refined in every detail. The pools on the premises are clean, with crystal clear water – a great experience. The host is very nice, kind, committed and in constant contact – you can feel that he really cares about the comfort of the guests. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back in the future!

The property is in a perfect position: close to the beach, with views of the sea from the balcony. The property was fully equipped with everything that we could have needed such as kitchen utensils and a washing machine to do laundry. The host even provided beach chairs and an umbrella. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend it for anyone looking for a beach holiday

This location is one of the most beautiful places to enjoy the beach, along with stunning sunrises and sunsets. It’s very quiet and peaceful, offering various amenities such as a swimming pool, tennis court, and a playground for babies and kids. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay especially if you have kids.

Christian is very attentive, polite, cordial, always available and helped us with everything, even recommendations for eating. The apartment as shown in the photos, with a minimalist and elegant decoration, as well as impeccable in cleanliness and order. It is equipped with everything you need, well located, quiet area, and the best: very close to the beach, you can walk. I highly recommend it and I will definitely return. 10/10.

Mikes place was amazing. We are so happy we found this place last minute. Beautiful balcony with amazing views and a clean pool. Mike and Adam were both quick to reply. Very clean and comfortable beds. It was an amazing stay for my family of 5. They were very accommodating and we would definitely stay here again.

Well-equipped, air-conditioned apartment in a beautiful location. The private swimming pool and the location near the beach was great.

Merche was very attentive at all times and 100% available. The apartment is very well maintained and very well located, in the Racó just 5 minutes walk from the beach, being able to choose between the Racó and Cap Blanc. It is a small development with a pool and very easy parking at the door. Everything was pristine, Merche and her husband were very kind and the apartment was even better than in the photos. Very large terrace, good ventilation, ceiling fans, air conditioning... everything we look for in the middle of summer. I'll repeat for sure.

I recommend it with a clear heart!!! The friendly hostess met us at 10.30 pm, showed us everything and told us everything. The apartment is clean, the bed is impeccably white, the towels are white and fluffy. The kitchen has everything - appliances, dishes, towels. Shower packed - gels, shampoos, hair conditioner, hair dryer. The little one ran around, the master vacuum cleaner, always clean without any effort. The beach is 2 minutes away. Shops, coffee shops, fruit and meat shops, restaurants are everywhere. The supermarket is 5 minutes away, and there is a bus stop next to it. The bus goes directly to the center of Valencia. Everything is just perfect!!!

Our stay at JuanAn and Silvia’s place was wonderful, the apartment looks exactly like the photos and what we found during our check-in was even more than what we expected. They have put something to eat and to drink for the breakfast and a fresh bottle of water in the fridge. Everything was very clean and smelled great. We enjoyed our stay so much we will book again at their place as soon as we can come back!

Absolutely loved our stay. Everything was exactly as described with Kelli being so helpful and welcoming in her messages ahead of our stay. Beautiful accommodation ever so tastefully furnished with everything you need for your stay. Restaurants walking distance locally with a pebble beach on your doorstep and two beach bars. Pool area spotless and sunbeds readily available. If you want to explore lots of places easily accessible. All in all fantastic.

This was our second time in the apartment, the last time we stayed here in the winter, but now with the beautiful weather it was even more pleasant. The sunrise in the bedroom is phenomenal. We were there as a couple with our baby, and really enjoyed the peace (no more renovation work nearby!) and the cozy terrace downstairs. The beach is huge, so there is always plenty of room to enjoy peace and quiet. The bakery just below the apartment is a delight for a delicious breakfast. Everything was again crisp and comfortable. We will undoubtedly come back a third time!

Adrian was an excellent host. Always replied to messages promptly. The apartment was in an excellent location for walking around the city. Close to cafes, restaurants and historic locations. The clement had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds and we had peaceful nights sleep even though we were in the old city centre. I recommend Adrian’s house very much.
