nice accommodation 10 minutes walk from the center. Close to many bars and restaurants. Very nice, comfortable accommodation that lacks nothing. I recommend Juan Manuel, who from before I arrived and until after I left, treated me very nicely and was concerned at all times about my stay.

The best host I've had in my experiences with Airbnb. Super helpful, thoughtful, super friendly both she and her boyfriend and the best thing was that I felt at home, I was invited to their circle to commemorate San Juan! The 5 stars were her! David and Esther are excellent hosts. Their home is beautiful and exactly as described and pictured. Exactly! This is a shared accommodation, I had my own bedroom and bathroom. the rest of the space was shared. They made every effort to make me feel comfortable and at home. I loved staying here. The location is ideal. Across the street from the train/bus station and about one block to a local supermarket. The beach and boardwalk is only a 10 minute walk. And the downtown area is about a 20 minute walk. Just ideal location! Lovely home in a secure building. Highly recommend!

It was all very good. The accommodation is new and quite comfortable (the rooms are very well divided). It was fully equipped for our needs (AC, wifi, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, clothesline... and apparently a great audiovisual equipment, although we could not turn it on because the remote control had no batteries and we did not realize until the last day) It has access to the beach one street away and perhaps we only found difficulties with parking, since it is an area where spaces are scarce.
