Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in El Cerrito

Micky and Steven were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and accommodating. Their place was the perfect quiet sanctuary after busy days. Lots of things near by, yet had a cozy neighborhood vibe. I wish my schedule had been less hectic so I could spend time in their lovely garden. This place is a gem.

Nice and spacious for three people. Living room with the couch, ottoman, chair and TV is very comfortable to stay. Couch is big enough for sleep. Bedroom is basic but has everything we need and clean. There is a small study desk that I set up for work for a couple days. Kitchen/laundry room has good space and a table with 4 chairs. In house washer/dryer is very convenient. It will be helpful if there are a few more kitchenware, such as cutting knife and chopping board. Bathroom room is a bit small but functional. The floor is a little slippery when wet, especially coming out of the shower. Quiet neighborhood. Feel safe. Overall a good place. Will stay again.

Nice neighborhood. We enjoyed walking in the nearby canyon and had 2 nice meals in the shopping area that was just 2 blocks away.

We loved our stay at Jan’s place in Berkeley. The space was great for our trip. We absolutely loved the deck and hot-tub. We spent most evenings sitting out there for hours! You also can’t beat the views of the bay! Overall, such a wonderful stay, we would for sure go back and recommend to all our friends and family.

We needed a place to stay with no notice following a house fire. Jeremy’s place was available and the hosts were so kind and attentive. The place is clean, quiet, light, and very comfortable., and spacious. The garden surrounding is pretty and peaceful. The location is also great - walkable to Berkeley’s famous 4th street with great restaurants and shopping. We would recommend this place highly.

Francisco and his team were absolutely amazing! The place was beautifully decorated, incredibly stylish, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need. It was spacious, comfortable, and in a perfect central location—close to everything! The team was super responsive and accommodating, making the stay seamless and enjoyable. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic Airbnb experience!

Our stay at Jess’s place was fantastic! The place was very spacious and well designed with great taste! The whole unit is impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Jess was very accommodating and provided great local tips!

This is a very conveniently located house, near the restaurants and shops of Solano Avenue and the Albany Hill Park, and very close to the Albany entrances to the freeways. The front of the house looks over the freeway to the bay with vistas to Marin, the Golden Gate Bridge, and San Francisco. While it is very close to the roads, the house is well sound-proofed. The bedrooms are especially quiet. The house is clean and recently renovated. All in all a good value.

Was a beautiful home to spend our trip to San Pablo. The house was warm and cozy and it wasn’t too far from SF or where we needed to go. Was a great neighborhood. The house was easy to find and we enjoyed our stay a lot!!!

Tipada is a gracious and responsive host and great person. Her house has calm and relaxing energy, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and the space uncluttered and super clean. The neighborhood has easy access to the freeway and a Costco is close by as well as some good restaurants. It’s also very quiet and there was easy parking in the driveway and in front of the house. I had a really nice stay. I also appreciated how cool the weather was in El Cerrito in June compared to other parts of the East Bay and will stay again when I’m in the area. Fassil was extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Everything was exactly as described, clean, and well stocked. We had everything we needed during our stay. The balcony was the perfect place to have your morning coffee and enjoy the fantastic view. Parking was easy and the neighborhood felt safe. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We had a beautiful stay! The home is very comfortable with nice furnishings. The beds were comfortable and cozy. The bathrooms were roomy and well stocked. The kitchen is nice and large with all the comforts so it made it very easy to prepare food, snacks and keep everyone comfortable. The yard is beautiful and the deck was very cozy with a nice fire pit. We loved the hot tub and enjoyed hanging out every evening! The deck was perfect for morning coffee and has a nice view! We hope we get to stay there again because everyone felt right at home. The hosts are very lovely and we had easy communication the entire time!

Very nice stay on Berkeley Hills. Very pleasant space both inside and outside, quiet area. A lot of light and attention to details. Very convenient location (with a car, easy to park in the street by the way) to spend time in Berkeley and in the Bay area. Breeze was very welcoming and reactive. We would recommend the place.

Easy walk to Lake Merritt or 12th St BART stations. One block from Lake Merritt. Quiet building. Perfect.

Nader, We love the Deco and the Vibes of the home. Toilet has heated seats and in-Built Bidet spray for your Ehem-ehems! Toaster,water boiler,many pans, oven, microwave, he has everything u need. I asked about Aircon🙈. We did. not need aircon as The weather is so nice and cold at Night (11degrees 13-18Jun). We loved that Nader is a responsive and responsible host. My 15yr old son had a home accident and broke a hanging light fixture at the dining area as he stood up. We informed Nader of the issue. Super-host asked "firstly, is your son okay? Does he need medical attention? I have a first aid kit in the home". Super-host Wins!!! (Inna haza larizkunna mallahu minnafad. One of my favorite locations ive stayed in. Beautiful scenery! Beautiful home, comfortable bed! I'd love to live there! Only complain is the entrance to parking, if you have a low car, the bottom will scrape horrible if you dont hug the wall. and if youre staying downstairs, youll hear upstairs foot steps, but that was only 1 morning. besides those 2 complaints, its a excellent Beautiful home!

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

Amy met me to give me the keys and walked me through the condo to explain everything. It was a very personal approach. She also reached out to me the first morning to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Everything was spotless and very high end. The place was very quiet and peaceful. I especially enjoyed the patio. I would highly recommend Amy's place to anyone looking for a base to enjoy San Francisco. I intend to stay again the next time I need a place in San Francisco for a few days.
