The house is only two blocks from the BART station, which is only 6 minutes away from UC Berkeley campus and half an hour from San Francisco. There’s also grocery stores, restaurants, coffee very close by in El Cerrito Plaza. This is a newly built, attached one bedroom in-law unit with private entrance in the quiet backyard. It offers absolutely privacy and is very bright, cozy, spacious. Shared laundry with us in the garage. Free Parking in the driveway. Safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood.

El Cerrito is a quiet town about 14 miles away from San Francisco. This peaceful studio; it's your private getaway with independent entry, a queen bed, and a nice size TV. The living area has a table for two and a heater to keep you warm. The kitchen offers a microwave, a fridge, a coffee maker, a stove, a teapot, an oven, a blender, a toaster, and utensils. A nice size bathroom that has just been remodeled. Guests can park on the street without any concern for parking restrictions.

This is a very conveniently located house, near the restaurants and shops of Solano Avenue and the Albany Hill Park, and very close to the Albany entrances to the freeways. The front of the house looks over the freeway to the bay with vistas to Marin, the Golden Gate Bridge, and San Francisco. While it is very close to the roads, the house is well sound-proofed. The bedrooms are especially quiet. The house is clean and recently renovated. All in all a good value.

Lindi was a very friendly and available host. She even gave me a bunch of lemons to take to my daughter who lives nearby. The place had everything I needed. It is very convenient to public transportation. I would stay there again.

I have stayed at Puck’s place quite a few times and always find it clean and neat. The location is convenient for restaurants, grocery stores, BART and freeway. Puck is easy to reach and very helpful and I definitely will stay there again. I recommend Puck’s place if you are in the East Bay.

Tipada is a gracious and responsive host and great person. Her house has calm and relaxing energy, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and the space uncluttered and super clean. The neighborhood has easy access to the freeway and a Costco is close by as well as some good restaurants. It’s also very quiet and there was easy parking in the driveway and in front of the house. I had a really nice stay. I also appreciated how cool the weather was in El Cerrito in June compared to other parts of the East Bay and will stay again when I’m in the area. I recommend this listing.:

Daive is a nice host and always kindly responsive when we asked some questions. There is a well-equipped house where includes everything we need like our home. Wish next stay and thank Daive so much.
