Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, groß und hochwertig eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und die Dachterrasse übertrifft alles. Der überdachte Essbereich schützt vor Sonne und Regen. Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer funktioniert gut, in dem kleineren Schlafzimmer war es aber trotz Ventilator (Anfang Juni) schon sehr heiß. Parken ist zwar kostenlos, man muss aber Glück haben, um eine Lücke zu finden und abends ist die Konkurrenz groß. Meist ging es schnell, aber einmal haben wir über eine halbe Stunde gebraucht.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Pucol. The space was clean, comfortable, and everything was exactly as described. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting the area!

The loft apartment is very comfortable, charming and well equipped. Carlos welcomed us warmly and provided supplies to get us started (a loaf of bread, eggs, water, coffee, etc., and there was olive oil, salt/pepper, etc for cooking as well as soaps and other essentials). The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook and the location is perfect for discovering the old city as well as walking through the beautiful Turia Jardins. The bed is comfortable and the seating in the living area is very comfortable. I highly recommend Carlos’ apartment. Note: there are two flights of stairs to access the apartment and no elevator and a few steps up into the shower, so if you have mobility issues this could be a problem.

The apartment is beautiful, I felt right at home! It’s a nice mix of the old tiles and wooden beams with the new appliances and furniture. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for me: a short walk takes you either to the hip and bustling Ruzafa neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants, or to the Túria park for some running or yoga 🧘🏻 I will be back!

Super well equipped apartment and perfectly located.

In an incredible area, great flat with a nice terrace if you don’t mind ducking through a window. Definitely plan to maximize time outside the flat or commit to climbing 5 flights of stairs one way quite often ;)

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt in dem kleinen Loft in der Innenstadt von Valencia. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral und man erreicht sehr viel zu Fuss in der Altstadt. Marisa war sehr freundlich und hat einem super Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden wieder zurück kommen.

Todo perfecto!! Un apartamento de 10, con unas vistas y iluminación increíbles. Fue todo un éxito elegir este alojamiento. En cuanto al anfitrión fue muy atento y facilitador. Volvería sin duda!☺️

Het verblijf was echt top! Een super-de-luxe uitstraling en van alle gemakken voorzien. De accommodatie ligt op 15 minuten loopafstand van het metrostation en er rijden ook genoeg bussen in de buurt. Op nog geen 5 minuten loopafstand kun je naar hartelust winkelen. En ook het Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències kun je makkelijk te voet bereiken. José Luis is een fijne host en reageerde supersnel op onze vragen. We hadden graag nog langer gebleven en komen zeker nog een keer terug!

El lugar de Conchi y Eliseo es una joya. Amplio, iluminado, con dos aires acondicionados, todo ordenado, con los artículos de cocina y baño que necesitas. El lugar estaba como si fuera el primero en quedarme. Quizás el lugar más limpio y cuidado en el que me he quedado. Conchi es muy amable y siempre estuvo pendiente. Sin duda me volvería a quedar ahí y lo súper recomiendo. Súper ubicación. Está caminando de la estación de trenes y a 10 mins del centro. Gracias por una estancia increíble.

good location. beach, market, transportation is near by. Nieve reply to message quickly Aldo she visited apartment quickly for one of the query, very helpful and nice person. only point is main door is road touch and we can hear people speaking outside when they pass by(can ignore it as it doesn't bother much, at least to me :)). but rest everything is very good. I recommend.

The place was super clean and stocked. We even cooked in the house and it was so easy. Great find. Highly recommend

L’appartement etait clean, l’hote tres reactif, residence et quartier sécurisés. Le centre commercial El Saler est a 10min a pieds, l’Oceanografic et musée des sciences a proximité aussi. Zone bien desservi, bus et metro sont accessible a pied. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
