Holiday rentals with breakfast in El Cabanyal, Poblats Marítims

Super aardige host die snel reageert. De locatie is wel wat verder weg dan gehoopt. Google maps geeft vooraf een bepaalde tijd naar Valencia, maar voor het gezellige gedeelte gaat de reistijd x2. Supermarkt en andere voorzieningen allemaal erg ver weg, iets dat wij Nederlanders niet gewend zijn :) Het huis was wel super als je houdt van rust. Zwembad mag wat schoner (lijkt geen filter in te zitten), bedden zijn echt te klein voor meerdere stellen. Iets meer handdoeken zou ook een uitkomst zijn bij meerdere dagen. Airco’s doen goed hun werk per verdieping!

We stayed here for 3 nights with young family (boys 11 and 8 years old). The place had a lot of things that kept the boys engaged and entertained. From animals like rabbits, bicycles to sports basketball, tennis, swimming pool etc etc Overall the experience was great. I had a conference to attend in Valencia, which meant the place had enough to keep the children busy. Staff were very responsive with multiple people available on phone, with quick responses. The facility is a bit aged and could do with some repairs. However the fact that it kept children engaged more than made up for age. Fantastic team!! Well done!!

logement pratique et confortable avec SDB attenante. Bonne literie. Bien desservi par les transports en commun. La plage est à 15mn de marche. Dans le quartier il y beaucoup de travaux donc c'est un peu bruyant mais il y a des fenêtres double vitrage. Mercedes est très accueillante et de bon conseil.

María José tiene un lindo lugar para lograr quedarse en Valencia si usted quiere tener tranquilidad y paz puede optar por este lugar aparte de que ofrece limpieza orden y lo mejor de todo una atención personalizada de María José y de Vicente que son realmente una pareja excepcional. con todo el deseo de volver a Valencia y quedarme nuevamente con ellos.

Jose, Marie and their daughter were the most kind, attentive and loving people. It has been a joy to stay with them, and it has made the city of Valencia feel like home. Jose helped me so much with directions and guidance so it was impossible to get lost. The check-in was very smooth, and I was breath-taken by the beautiful architecture and interior design, Marie is super talented and she even painted the door yellow to help her home stand out, when it is dark. The family are very sporty so when they found out that I like to go to gym, Marie gave me extra proteins in my breakfast, and also recommended a gym for me to go to. I didn’t pack any gym trainers so their daughter kindly let me borrow a pair. What an amazing experience, I feel very blessed and appreciative to get to know them. It was a home away from home and an experience I will cherish always! 10 out of 10 and I would definitely go back and recommend others to stay there. It is a very scenic and peaceful place.

We loved the vibe of the place, the tranquility , the laid-back attitude of the host and the fact that the accommodation is dog-friendly is a big plus. Enough space to explore for our dachshund! Breakfast was amazing and we loved the view from our terrace. If you are looking for a quiet place just outside of the city this is the place to be.

Carmen and Pepe are a charming hosts, always ready to answer your questions or just have a nice chat. They have just exceed my expectations.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Yulia war eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin – sie hat uns viele gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war immer ansprechbar. Die Wohnung war genauso wie auf den Bildern: sauber, gemütlich und super zentral gelegen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Yulia!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und die Wohnung sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation ist sehr einfach genauso wie der selbstständige Check in dank der Schlüsselbox. Leider werden 30€ Gebühr berechnet wenn man später als 20Uhr eincheckt. Auch bei Problemen wie Airport Shuttle ist der Host immer zur Stelle.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Valencia. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet viele Schlafmöglichkeiten. Die Nähe zum Strand ist toll!

Thanks Raul, your place was perfect for the 5 of us for a week. The accommodation was very clean and exactly as described. There was plenty of towels and cleaning products, and the Nespresso machine was very welcome! The 3 bedrooms were a good size. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere, including the Science Centre and Aquarium, which was an hour away, so we got lots of steps in! I would definitely recommend Raul's accommodation. He was very responsive too while we were there.

This is a great apartment, lots of space, wonderful location with good restaurants nearby. Natalya was very helpful and communicative and we had a wonderful stay!

Piso con 3 habitaciones y 1 baño impecables, reformado y todos los servicios. Con una ubicación ideal al lado del centro y un parking a 50m. El anfitrión pendiente, comunicativo y muy proactivo cuando surgió un problema, q es lo q se puede pedir en estos casos. Muy, muy recomendable. Sin duda para repetir.

Guillermos place is amazing!!! in the Science district, great greenery -and water- for our fun loving, fat old dog! A million buses to the old town...2 EURO each way! Swagat Indian just next door, which does INCREDIBLE food. Oh and Guillermo is the nicest man alive!!!

Raquel is a very kind and generous person, she welcomed us at here place as if we are a part of her family. She is always available and helpful. We had a private room and private bathroom, we alsl had access to the kitchen for the breakfast, everything was super clean. Thanks a lot for having us as your guests, we enjoyed staying there and talking to you and to your family. Very recommended.

Colinda and Geert are wonderful hosts and they made us feel right at home. The room was cozy and spotless, and every morning we were greeted with a great smile and an extensive breakfast. 100% recommend this place if you want to escape the busy city life for a few days. Thank you for having us!

La sistemazione era accogliente e curata, perfetta per una famiglia. Gli host sono stati sempre disponibili e attenti a qualsiasi nostra esigenza, persone davvero amabili e ospitali. La posizione è ottima: in una zona tranquilla ma vicina a tutto, a soli 5 minuti dal parco Gulliver e dalla Città della Scienza, quindi ideale anche per chi viaggia con bambini. Consigliatissimo, torneremmo sicuramente.

Dichtbij station. Een ideale locatie om van hieruit Valencia te leren kennen. Mooi terras, wat je totaal niet verwacht. Heel proper en gemakkelijke in en uitcheck. Echte aanrader!

Cette résidence avec son personnel très accueillant est à recommander les yeux fermés. Petit déjeuner inclus. Moderne, très propre avec ce qu'il faut pour son linge. Un peu loin du centre de Valence est le seul point de réserve, mais à 5 minutes à pied de la station Godella (ou il y a bar et restaurant)

Laëtitia and Jean-Luc were extremely friendly and helpful, yet discreet and quiet. They clearly are passionate about their B&B and guests can feel it easily with the attention to details and care they both demonstrate: warm welcome, home made breakfast, local products, cosy room, super clean bathroom and room. A perfect location near the train station and gorgeous town centre. Ideal place to enjoy some sunshine, discover the many orange fields, local mountains or for a day trip to the beach. Will definitely come back! Merci

Patricia, was by far the best Airbnb we have been to. Her hospitality was above and beyond. She was so gracious in offering us food and comfort in her beautiful house. Enjoyed staying there 20 minutes away from the bigger city. We even saw running of the bulls while we were in her small neighborhood. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
