Iter Preciado excellent host. Great communication and quick response I had arrived to Quito very late at night. So Iter Preciado gladly offered me ride from airport to the rental apartment. His place very modern and clean . Will definitely come back.

The place is nice, the amenities are exclusive to the owners of the place, you need a face ID to be able to enter all of them, it was not pleasant to use the wet areas, which is what I wanted to use the most, asking for a favor to enter or to open the door as infiltrators, inside everything is clean and tidy, it is not easy to order food at home, you have to go out to pick it up, the host was nice. There are areas that I could not use, such as the BBQ.

My stay was just spectacular, the best I've ever had. From the first moment, the host was kind and attentive, always available to help with whatever is required. The place is spotless, tastefully decorated and all amenities one might need. The location is perfect - close to everything, but quiet enough to rest. 100% recommended for those looking for a memorable, comfortable and truly special experience, both individually and as a couple. I will definitely be back.

We loved staying at this old house on the mountain. The interior was charming and tasteful, with all the amenities and supplies we needed. Karen gave clear instructions on check in and was responsive. Only issue we had was with the old door and lock, you need some practice to use it but Karen and her husband helped us out. Also it is right across a beautiful church. During a few days there were some events happening in the church square so it was loud, but other than that we had no problem. Remember to bring eye masks for sleeping!

The house was very nice and the view from the 2nd floor was beautiful. Pedro was very helpful in getting us water and anything else we needed for our stay.

Rosita was a great hots, she was very kind at all times.

Everything was great with the accommodation, we were very comfortable, recommended.

An excellent place to rest! Nature to the maximum large gardens and fruit trees for morning hikes. The house is very cozy and have everything you need for a peace and rest stay. The owners of the place are very friendly, they are always attentive to the needs of the guests! Highly recommended

I loved my stay in this apartment. It was impeccably clean, in an excellent location near the Quicentro, and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, it has additional accessible facilities and is a very safe place. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and both the host and his team were super friendly, always attentive and very communicative. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

It was super clean. The amenities (spa/pool/sauna) were awesome. The host was extremely quick to respond. The space has a phenomenal view of the city -- three giant floor to ceiling windows are the wall. It is a bit on the small side -- would not recommend for families. But great for an individual or a couple.

A very nice and pleasant apartment, the area is a perfect mix of tranquility and fun. At night it does feel a little cold but Andrés left extra blankets so there was no problem. The pool is heated and very relaxing. We couldn't find sugar, but there are minimarkets nearby, so everything was solved. This suite is really a bargain for its price and for everything it offers. We already want to go back.
