We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! It was impeccably clean and had stunning views. The beds are very comfortable just like the ones you could expect in a high end hotel. Loved the kitchen, it had everything you can possibly need. The location couldn't be better—it's super convenient and made exploring a breeze! We felt very safe, thanks to the amazing professional guards who were not only helpful but also incredibly friendly! We will definitely stay here in the future. Highly recommend this place.

A great new apartment in a new modern building. The hosts are always in touch, help with all issues. The house has a great rooftop, comfortable common areas, I recommend it!

We loved having the downtown high rise city experience for the week we were in Quito. Beautiful views. Felt safe with a gated private garage with parking spot & (sweet) doorman greeting you each time you came & went. Plenty of space and good floor plan. Laundry in unit was SO nice! Comfortable beds and linens. Quiet neighbors, but the windows and walls are thin so you could hear city noises or construction from the apartment down the hall. We loved having the windows open for the cool fresh air. Several retail/dining options + 2 nice malls walking distance. We were careful & didn't venture far at night and didnt go alone, but we did send the kids to the store down the street in the mornings, and we always felt safe. Traffic was only bad during rush hours. We were able to get tours to pick us up at the apartment and take us to Banos and we drove our rental car to tours in other parts of the city and to Mindo. Host was available to answers any questions we had about staying in the city.

I had an exceptional experience at this Airbnb. The location is unbeatable, close to Quito's main points of interest. Michael was a first-class host: always attentive and quick to respond to my inquiries with great kindness. I'm definitely staying here again. I recommend it 100%. The apartment is excellent, with a wonderful view and fully equipped.

The place is nice, the amenities are exclusive to the owners of the place, you need a face ID to be able to enter all of them, it was not pleasant to use the wet areas, which is what I wanted to use the most, asking for a favor to enter or to open the door as infiltrators, inside everything is clean and tidy, it is not easy to order food at home, you have to go out to pick it up, the host was nice. There are areas that I could not use, such as the BBQ.

I stayed for the second time in this airbnb and I liked it just as much as the first time. The apartment is clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts are quick and responsive. I also love the area with all the restaurants. Always felt safe!

Hello, my stay was excellent, the location of the apartment is incredible, the place is a reflection of the photos published, the co-host is always attentive to your needs, however, there are two things that should be considered: 1. The pool, the whirlpool (jacuzzi), sauna or Turkish bath: you can use one hour per day (each) and you have to book in advance, but considering that if you go to Quito, it is not your first condition to take into account to stay. 2. Laundry use is charged, $2 per wash and $2 per dry.

Eddna is a super friendly and attentive person, always making sure that you are well. I honestly felt at home. The apartment is very elegant, very clean with everything you need. Without hesitation, when I return to Quito, I would return to Eddna's. A million stars, recommended.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The kitchen is well-equipped and functional. The 1.5 bathrooms and water pressure are excellent. The rooftop is gorgeous and easy to reserve via the doormen. Loved my stay here with my dog!

I'd like to highlight that the check-in schedule was flexible, allowing me to enter before the established time. Communication was always fast and effective. (They give you a Tag to enter the Airbnb, on one occasion they forget it inside, the time they generated a code, so that I could enter was 30 minutes) the loved ones. Of course, they are very beautiful. The building's security is also very rigorous. I would also highlight the fact that the curtains are translucent. Therefore, even though all the blinds are down, a lot of light is reflected inside. It's not a big problem, unless you sleep in and get up late. Since inevitably if you get up at 10:11 in the morning. You'll have light from seven in the morning, coming directly in. I would recommend installing thicker blinds or double blinds. In general, everything was good, too good. I also want to point out that for long stays, the pillows are uncomfortable and create neck pain.

This accommodation is highly recommended: comfortable, safe, clean and matches the description. The Host is very attentive and responds quickly. I would definitely come back.
