Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in El Astillero

Ideal location right next to the beach & in walking distance to all things Somo. This is a beautiful area & a great jumping off place for exploring Cantabria. The apartment is very comfortable, clean & described accurately. Our only negative is that this place is managed by a seemingly large company lacking a personal touch - the text messages we sent were responded to by an AI bot that wasn't always accurate with information & they were not at all flexible with our checkout time. They wanted us to pay for an additional hour stay even though we had rented for a week. Otherwise a great experience & would highly recommend!

Impeccable accommodation very well located in Suances, with all the services nearby, a few steps from a beautiful walk along the banks of Suances for lovers of hiking. The apartment had all the amenities, with welcome details that made us feel at home. They also had a nice touch with my 3-year-old son, which made our stay much more comfortable. Teresa is an excellent host, always looking out for us and giving us a lot of information about places to visit. Without hesitation, we recommend this accommodation, one of the best I have ever stayed in.

I have enjoyed staying here for 3 weeks. The apartment is in a quiet street, and partly because of that I slept wonderfully. On the one hand, it is about a 10-minute walk to the beach via the pedestrian tunnel "Tren de Pombo" that starts behind the house. On the other side, you walk down, where you have a nice row of restaurants (calle Tetuán) 5 minutes away and you can walk into the old town in 10 minutes. Don't forget to walk up the street and cross over, there is a good bakery/delicatessen (Gallofa) and a cafe hidden there. Eva's apartment looks recently renovated and is a nice mix of authentic details and modern comfort. For people without mobility problems, the stairs should not be a problem and neither should the slope of the road to it, so don't let that stop you. There may be affordable taxis and shared bicycles nearby (electric). The communication was always smooth, personal and enjoyable. I would love to come back and highly recommend the apartment.

We loved our stay at Carmens house in Santander. Carmen and Carlos met us at the property and instantly made us feel at home. Carmen is really receptive and answered any questions we had very quickly. The property is within a few minutes walk to Santander’s buzzing city centre and beautiful esplanade, and 20 minutes in the opposite direction from the stunning Playa el Sardinero. The property is modern, clean and looks exactly as it does in the photos. If we are back in Santander again, we wouldn’t think twice bout staying at Carmen’s place again.

Unfortunately, you can only give 5 stars! Pozas de Luna is a super great place to stay! We (2 people + dog) spent almost two weeks in Pozas de luna and will definitely come back. We spent unforgettable evenings with the owner Ruth and the small community, which consisted of fellow residents and friends. Ruth has always provided us with interesting opportunities for leisure activities and has taken care of us more than caring. The property is large and our vehicle could be parked in the property. 17 min. by car to the beach (Langre) and to the city of Santander and the breathtaking hinterland. Finally, just one sentence: Arrived as strangers and departed as friends!

Sara was very kind and attentive at all times. The instructions were very clear and the apartment is newly renovated and beautiful. It's super central and conveniently located. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the showers have good pressure. It has a washing machine and everything you need to spend a few days. The only thing less good: it is a fourth floor without an elevator in a block with wooden stairs, which makes it a little noisy. We highly recommend it to spend a few days in Santander.

The area around the property is very tranquil and quiet. Easy to find and only a short walk from several restaurants plus it is easy to catch the ferry across to Santander. We were a party of eight adults and the property had plenty of room for all of us plus in benefits from four bathrooms too. The living room was also very spacious and had a large dining table with ample room for us all to sit comfortably to eat. The garden was an added bonus and we made full use of this area.

Everything is very good, we recommend it. The accommodation is better than in the photos and has all the amenities.

The arrival and reception was very pleasant and welcoming, the guests were a charm, we felt right at home, the views are unbeatable, and the house super cozy.

My family and I loved our stay at Marina’s place. We felt so comfy and at home. We want to return to stay again!

There was nothing to complain about for us. A beautiful house in a quiet and better residential area. The central location to the beach and the town center is great. We received a lot of information from Maria in advance and everything went wonderfully at the reception. We were there for 2 weeks and since the weather was changeable, the big house was great. The garden with the old trees provides shade and the evening sun is beautiful for a sundowner. Our dog also felt very comfortable on the fully fenced grounds. So if you want to stay in this corner with a dog - or children, because the basement is full of children's toys - this is the right place. Thank you, dear Maria, for letting us stay in your house.

We spent a weekend with friends at Carmen's house. We were very comfortable. The house is wonderful in terms of space, comfort, services and a step away from downtown. Communication with Carmen was great from the start, making it easy for us to check in and out. I highly recommend this accommodation. And it's amazing to go with kids too! They have a trampoline, a playroom... everything taken care of in detail!

An ideal house for a quiet weekend to enjoy the nature and landscapes of Cantabria. The host was very attentive , friendly and the things we had were sorted out at the moment so I have nothing but good words for them, highly recommended , we were able to enjoy the stay a lot!

It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and in 10 minutes you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a bit far away, but with a car you can easily get there and you can also visit the villages with super good restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an incredible area to be at night with plenty of room. It really is an incredible house, we had a great time. Thank you Noelia for such a good experience. We'll be back!

Very nice quiet apartment. Close to amenities and buses to reach the city center. Carmen is a very available host who gave us lots of recommendations to make our stay go smoothly.

A place with incredible peace and very well located. If you're looking to spend a few quiet days, it's an ideal place. It is in the middle of nature, with the beach very close and very well connected to be able to visit picturesque villages and eat in good restaurants. We repeat for sure!

The apartment was in an ideal location to visit Santillana del Mar, very comfortable and quiet. And safe parking was provided.

Very nice apartment! Very quiet place. Host responds very quickly, very friendly. We moved to the center of Bilbao by subway, I think it's the best, punctual, you get to the historic center in 30 minutes. We left the car parked on the street near the apartment. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen with dishes for cooking and so on. Highly recommended!!

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is walking distance to the beach and downtown, while still being in a quieter neighborhood.
