Very quiet and good area to rest and get out of the routine.

My stay in Bolivia and my friends was very enjoyable. The house is very nice and has all the amenities that allowed us to enjoy our trip. Viviana and her father-in-law Luis are very friendly hosts, who are always on the lookout for any situation or thing that is needed. Very nice people.

It was our fourth time in this house, it got improved every time but this time was even better! amazing new barbecue area, we loved it, improved Top 10 TV, just great.

The hosts were very attentive. They allowed us to enter before check-in time and waited for us at the house to show us everything and leave us the keys. They gave us a lot of information and useful recommendations for shops, restaurants, etc. The place is very nice, clean and well-equipped. It is located on a very quiet street with no traffic or noise, but there is public transportation one block away and a market, shopping center, cinema and mall nearby. It has a large and covered garage, ideal for our vehicle that is not compact. Everything was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and well kept condo, with lots of space. On chilly days the condo never felt cold. Public transportation is nearby. And the owners left plenty of recommendations on where to shop, where to eat and what to do. The pool and sauna rooms were kept clean. Only thing that bugged me was the gym, which wasn't really a gym. It was just 4 cardio machines, 2 which were not working and 1 kept making a weird sound when operating it. But the owners don't control the gym so that does not take away from the fact that this Airbnb is awesome place to stay.

The place is warm and beautiful. Comes with 2 dogs a pool and a nice place to make fire. Very warm feeling and amazing communication. I would stay there again. Very recommended.

Miguel is an amazing and attentive host, he was in touch from day one, collaborating to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is just as described, it is very well located and easily accessible. You will find everything clean and tidy, from the living room there is an incredible view and also the area is very nice and quiet, the only thing I regret is not being able to stay more days, I would definitely come back

In the last year we have used a lot of different apartments on airbnb and definitely the apartment with Luis in La Paz was the best. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean, well-equipped (e.g. cooking equipment). Great if someone wants to work remotely (table for work + fast internet). The area is safe, there is a porter and reception downstairs. Luis as a host was very kind, he made sure that we did not lack anything during our stay, contact with him was very quick. He also helped us with various matters, e.g. money exchange or organizing a trip. We highly recommend staying in Luis apartment for both short and long term :)
