I spent a month in this apartment, for work. Patricio was a perfect host always attentive. The apartment is well located in the southern area of La Paz, with good quality restaurants, shops and cafes. You will find a supermarket next door. The building is new, clean with a laundry room. Communication with Patricio was great via WhatsApp. I would highly recommend it.

Kelly and Josè's place was beautiful and very central. It is located in walkable distance from resturants, cafes and not too far from the cable cars. José was very responsive and the place was very clean!

Angela was such a friendly and attentive host. The flat is great value for money, super spacious and equipped with everything you need.

Super nice place to stay! Communication with Maria was just as smooth as the check in. The property is located about 3-4 blocks from Plaza de Murillo, so the center is within walking distance. We would book this accommodation again and again!

Very clean, plenty of space and privacy, safe area. I could walk to the city centre during the day but at night I needed a cab, but I was happy to be in a quieter part of town. Host was very warm and kind. She invited me into the dining area for tea and cake, which was lovely despite my very basic Spanish!

I had a nice stay at this apartment! The space itself was beautiful and clean, exactly as shown in the photos. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the host, Alejandro. His communication was outstanding—always quick to respond to any questions or issues, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Alejandro went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. When my travel plans changed unexpectedly, he was incredibly flexible and understanding, and he helped me reschedule my stay without any hassle. It’s clear that he genuinely cares not just about maintaining a great apartment, but also about making sure his guests feel welcomed and at home. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to stay. With Alejandro as your host, you can be sure you’ll be in good hands.

Nacima is a very friendly and cooperative girl. The apartment is very nice and quiet. The only bad thing is that it's cold and there's no heating.

Excellent Airbnb option. Willy is a very good host, he quickly answers any questions and the apartment's location is quite good if you want to do embassy paperwork. There are supermarkets nearby, quiet area.

We had a great stay at Ricardo’s place, the apartment is massive and very clean. Location is a bit tricky and there’s no shops nearby but we managed just fine. Place is as described and the views are amazing. All necessary amenities are available. Would definitely stay again.

Well located place and very good communication from the host

The apartment exceeded our expectations. My family was looking a for a comfortable place to recvery after our Peru/Bolivia tour and the spacious apratment and great amenities were ideal. We managed a few excursions and enjoyed the opportunitie to rest and recver in the comfort afforded by this apratment. Highly recommended

Roberto was attentive during my arrival and stay. We had difficulties with the time due to the protests but he was always available to answer all my questions. About the apartment itself, I would like to live there! It has everything you need for a short or long stay: microwave, minibar, kitchen, kitchenware, kettle, coffee maker, TV with streaming and the most impressive: a comfortable and warm bed. I would definitely return on my next visit.
