Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Our place is in the Stockholm Archipelago, on the mainland, close to beach, jetty and forest. The lovely location in the middle of the nature with stunning sea views including cruise ships and sunrises. In your own archipelago garden or on your terrace you can enjoy barbecues, the sound of seagulls or just the peace and quietness. By car you are in the middle of Stockholm in ca. 30-40 minutes. The place is perfect for couples, families with children or single adventurers.

Very nice apartment in designer house from January 2024 built with high quality materials. Two bedrooms with lots of closets, fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Generous double bed in first bedroom and two single beds in second bedroom. Sofabed in living room. Close to beach and Stockholm city. You will enjoy a living area of 175m2 as well as a spacious garden with all facilities to grill and eat outdoor. It is a located in a green and residential area north of Stockholm close to a natural reserve and a lake. The environment is peaceful and you will still be within 15 minutes reach of City center by public transport or car.

En underbar lantlig oas 20 minuter ifrån Stockholm city och 5 min till nordens bästa galleria Täby Centrum-så när stadens puls lockar är även den enkel att ta sig till.
