House holiday rentals in Ekerö

We felt welcome and at home in Spersbodahusen, nice days with hot baths, excursions, reading and game nights. Dark and rough in December but cozy with crackling fire in the evenings. The water in the tap is checked and quite ok but does not taste like in town, so a tip is to bring bottled water to drink if you are a little picky. Hans was very helpful, questions were answered quickly and kindly with great tips. We went to atmospheric Wira Bruk and had homemade food. We would be glad to come back!

A view we will never forget! Beautiful summer house, equipped with hot tub, sauna and pool, cozy fireplace and Kamado Joe Grill we loved! Our kids enjoyed the pool, the small treehouse and the outdoor toys. Enough space with 7 people and retreats, surrounded by great nature. 3 min walk to the sea with diving board and swimming spot, as well as 20 min to a small lake (fishing and swimming). On the island there is a small grocery store and about 25 minutes the nearest large supermarket (Lidl, ICA, etc.) We had great evenings in our own pool house with fantastic sunsets! We fully recommend Niklas's place. He was always available and often inquired about our well-being. Even when we had a problem with the toilet, he organized someone who was immediately on hand despite the weekend within a few moments. Great host with a nice touch to the reception.

We had a very nice stay at Robert’s place for Christmas. The cottage is very cute and clean, and even had a Christmas Tree to make it extra cozy. Really recommend !

Wonderful host and a dreamlike house. I booked with a large group of friends and Anna was incredibly helpful, accommodating and easy to communicate with even with our awkward requests for sleeping arrangements. Check in instructions were clear and concise and Anna was warm and friendly when welcoming us and communication was fantastic. Anna always responds quickly and just as friendly. The house itself was just incredible. The good weather meant that we could get the pool open a little earlier this year and the sauna was a great addition too. It’s very spacious and just a lovely place with a well equipped kitchen, very clean and great amenities for indoor and outdoor dining. Good transport links to Stockholm centre (approx 15 min walk to train station). Me and my friends had a great time and have made some wonderful memories thanks to Anna and her lovely home.

A truly beautiful home and garden, with great facilities, all in a stunning setting. Magdalena and Oscar were superb hosts, very helpful and easy to communicate with. We could not have hoped for more and we will treasure memories of our time in Ingaro. Thank you both.

The house is amazing an ideal place for families! We had a wonderful stay at Jonas' house. The bed was comfortable, and the location is perfect, just a short walk from the water. The host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing getaway.

Johan and Laila's beautiful house meets all the requirements. Super spacious and nicely located on the waterfront with running trail. We had a wonderful time thanks to the very good care of the hosts. Highly recommended!

Jenny's house in Lidingö was truly wonderful! The home is warm, inviting, and beautifully decorated, reflecting the genuine charm of a family living there. The stunning views made our stay unforgettable, and waking up every morning to such a peaceful setting felt incredibly special. Jenny was thoughtful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed to feel right at home. We appreciated all the personal touches and warmth throughout the house—it truly felt like staying with friends. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Stockholm.

Gustavo’s place is clean, lovely and very livable. It is very close to the tunnelbana, Sodermalm, and Gamala Stan. We loved the location and Gustav was so helpful and friendly. Great place and wonderful host!

As a single traveler, I was looking for a comfortable AirBnB on Ekerö as I was visiting a friend and his family for the weekend. Having been let down by 3 other AirBnB places on Ekerö (!!) I was very pleased I decided to choose Lena’s home. I asked her as I was arriving late by Taxi if she could get me in some milk. Not only did she get me some milk, but also some bread, cheese, butter and tomatoes!! What a gem! The property is immaculate, lovely and quiet. I was there in April and the heating was perfect. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and the shower was excellent. (Just note no shaver socket in the bathroom). The area is quiet and the lake is 5 mins walk, and it’s beautiful there. I would recommend a car if you’re staying here. I highly recommend it and I will be returning next year x

The house is beautiful and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Pontus is incredibly response with any questions asked and if we required anything. We all had the best stay and couldn’t recommend this place more!

We had an incredible time in Kristin and Anders beautifully renovated soldier's cottage with the highest possible standards. We loved the hot tub, dock and view. Anders and Kristin are dream hosts who fix everything and give lots of tips. I needed a small desk to work at and then they fixed it right away. Copies, tips on great restaurants, and curiosities about the surroundings, they also gave. Thank you kindly! We will be back and can highly recommend this idyllic gem! ❤️

Beautiful, cozy house in pleasant and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the garden and the well-equipped kitchen. Good base to visit Stockholm city center without spending the night in the hustle and bustle there.

The historic house is lovingly and cozy. It is equipped with everything you need for a holiday where you want to unwind. You feel very comfortable right from the beginning. We especially liked to sit on the (heated) terrace to experience the beautiful sunsets with great lake views in the evening. The residential area is very quiet and you feel like you are in the middle of nature. With a little luck you can see deer in the garden, bieber in the lake and much more. Frida is quickly available and supported with all questions. The neighbors are also super nice and happy to help if you have a question. If you are looking for peace and relaxation with the option of excursions to Stockholm, here will find a great Swedish house where you feel right at home.

We stayed with Daniel for 11 days with 6 people (4 adults and 2 teenagers) and enjoyed our vacation there very much. The big house is just beautiful! The well-kept garden borders directly on a forest, so you can look forward to the visit of a deer during morning coffee on the terrace or in the evening. Train station and bus stops, shopping and a swimming lake are within walking distance of about 1-2 km. Public transport is also very good and above all reliable in Huddinge/Fullersta. Therefore, you can also take great trips without a car. Both to Stockholm but also further away into nature! Our only small challenge was the alarm system of the house. But since Daniel is really an uncomplicated and patient host, he always helped us with this too! Our conclusion: The vacation was over too quickly and if it works we would like to come back again!

Great house in a beautiful place. Very comfortable beds. The pool, hot tub and sauna was fun to use. Max and his wife Sandra very friendly and helpful.

We were a company who had a nice weekend. The home is simple, clean linens and well-equipped kitchen for a weekend getaway. Close to grocery stores and nice surroundings. Hans was pleasant and communicative. The trees hanging over the road just outside the house would need to be cut down as we unfortunately got scratches on the car.

Marlené and Christofer were very friendly and extremely helpful with clear communication. The cabin is in lovely surroundings with plenty of nature. We were lucky to see the deer in the garden. The bed was very comfortable. Transport links are easy to navigate and within easy walking distance. I will definitely stay here again

We very much enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the “trampoline” on the terrace was loved by our kids. Area is peaceful and quiet and communication with the hosts was easy.

It's hard for me to find the words to describe how wonderful our stay was! We booked 5 nights and could have stayed forever. Bengt's beautiful home is full of warmth and charm and love. We immediately felt at home and so will you. Clean as a whistle and cozy. Surrounded by glorious nature. Within walking distance of the palace gardens (swoon!). Within easy driving distance of city center (fun!). And hosted by the loveliest host, Bengt.
