The house Ikarus and hostess Roswitha were wonderful. There were six of us and we had more than enough space ☺️ The house is very modern and the sauna and the hot tub are another highlight of the house. Very clean and stylish. The view from the terrace to the mountains is fantastic and invites you to linger. Our two cars (SUV) also had a parking space with enough space at the house. There is also a garage at the house, but the parking spaces outside were completely sufficient for us ☺️ We had a wonderful vacation, thank you!

Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, this house has an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

Very pretty place where to stay like at home

We had a wonderful getaway in Allgäu. Petra and Hartmut are super nice people. The room and bath were very clean and cozy. We had a list of recommendations on what to do, where to eat, etc. Coffee maker and fridge were provided, as well as cutlery and crockery, so you could have nice breakfast every morning. We did this on the terrace with great views. What to keep in mind is that all supermarkets close at 8 pm. All purchases should be done beforehand. The restaurant is a 2-minute walk away. Gasthof Engelbräu Brewery is also highly recommended. We didn't miss anything and we would come back anytime!

We had a wonderful time at Theresa's in Pfronten! The accommodation was very clean, cozy and perfectly equipped – ideal for our stay with children. Theresa is a warm and helpful hostess who provided us with great tips about the area. The location is great: quiet, but still central, with a beautiful view of the mountains and many excursion options nearby. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Andrea and Ernst were extremely friendly and helpful! The home was easy to find and spotless! They provided restaurant recommendations as well. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was beautiful to enjoy the weather.

A rustic, cozy yet modern retreat (new bathroom, modern cozy furniture, beautiful solid interior), which we happened to discover at the last minute at a very fair price. The view is really something! With the daily "nature and cloud TV" and "cricket chirp radio" (there really is no TV or radio, which is really great!) where you can very well mask the subtle noise of the main road in the distance, we were able to recover very well from the many hiking tours. Whether having breakfast outside in the morning sunshine or watching the evening sunset in the mountains on the bench, we enjoyed every day and spontaneously extended it. We had the somewhat "smaller" house, which was completely sufficient for 2 people, and had the property for our sole use almost all the time. We were able to switch off very well here. Thank you Peter for your hiking tips and the always fast and nice communication. We will be happy to come back!

Everything was tip top! For two people a perfect apartment and the balcony with a view a dream 😍 to the center just a short walk away and yet absolutely idyllic. Thanks for the little amenities like coffee beans, spices, and toilet paper. With a 3 day stay, this makes the basics more relaxed. 😊 We will definitely be back.

We came back here because we liked it so much the first time. The accommodation is very cozy, and the host is very friendly, and does her best to give you a pleasant stay. There is also plenty to do and see in the beautiful surroundings.

We say thank you for five nights in this cozy and quiet apartment with wonderful views. Apartment is corresponding to the description and is in a well-maintained and clean condition. An earlier, flexible check-in was possible without any problems.

The accommodations were above expectations; bright, modern, clean with a well equipped kitchen. The town of Farchant was charming, with excellent restaurants, coffee shops, and to top it off, a hikers paradise. We enjoyed the quaint village atmosphere with a very local flavour..Some of our best memories will be experiencing the local life as it is in the area.

We stayed with Violetta for 5 days, were greeted in a very friendly manner and were able to reach Violetta at any time. The apartment is in a very quiet area overlooking the magnificent nature. Great small apartment with very easy access to the Oetz valley

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Andrea's home, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The space was not only beautifully decorated but also impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the lovely views from the windows. Andrea was a fantastic host, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Andrea's home. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can’t wait to return!

Susanne's place in Murnau is very warm. In good weather, the view of the Alps is beautiful and the small terrace in front is very pleasant. We made the majority of walking trips between the studio and Murnau station, it is doable and the path is pleasant, but you have to like walking (about 30' to the center of Murnau and 40' to the train station). Close to the apartment, there is a lady who offers Thai massages. We enjoyed it and enjoyed it.

Very nice and quiet apartment. Inventory in very good condition. We felt very comfortable here. Highly recommended.

A truly excellent find. The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable with amazing views and sunsets it is easy to understand why our hosts feel privileged to live there. Indeed our hosts were remarkably generous, kind and helpful and gave us great ideas on what to do. If we are lucky enough to return to the area we know where we would like to stay. We spent 3 nights in Simone and Sascha's apartment. The apartment is very modern and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of furnishings. The hosts are very nice and gave us recommendations for restaurants and hiking trails in the area right after check-in. We would have liked to have stayed longer. In total, we enjoyed the short vacation very much and felt completely comfortable in the apartment.

Super great apartment in the heart of GaPa. Everything was quick to reach, clean, very cozy, nothing was missing. Bakers, butchers and restaurants all nearby. Four days when we didn't need the car

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

The stay was indescribably beautiful. At breakfast with a view of the mountains and the golf course, we felt completely at ease - almost like at home! Thanks to the pleasant communication, we were even able to check out a little later, which was very convenient for me after participating in the ZUT. A very clear recommendation for all those who want to treat themselves to a visit to this oasis of well-being! In the end, I said to my girlfriend: "Shall we ask if we can extend for one night?" I think that says it all. ✌🏻🫶
